Had them come out to give a bid on a drain installation. After looking it over, the tech promised to email me a bid. After a day, I called to find out why I hadn't received the bid. Talking to the office staff, she explained that the job wasn't "to code", so they were unwilling to do it. While I understand a company being unable to do a job that isn't "to code", I don't understand being promised a bid and never hearing from them again. He certainly new this wasn't a job they wanted at the time he promised me a bid. If you want an honest, up front company who puts customer service first, look elsewhere. Edit: The business's response below is a complete falsehood. Why would I have called them to find out where my bid was if I had already been told in advance that the job wasn't to code and he couldn't give me a bid? After measuring for the job I wanted him to do, he said he'd figure something out and send me a bid. But, after talking to them again, they did their best to rectify the situation.

I loved my experience with Eric's plumbing because they were HONEST!! When my garbage disposal stopped working, we figured it was a plumbing issue, but when our plumber came over he didn't waste our time by trying to fix something that didn't concern plumbing- instead he referred us to excellent electricians that would help us solve our problem! And to top it all off, he didn't charge us a dime! He was in and out within 10 minutes and wished us a good day. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Eric's plumbing in the future!

We had Journeyman Richie come out and help us fix our leaking bathtub Handle. He did a fantastic job, was very kind, respectful and even answered my 4 year olds questions. He made sure that everything was working properly and did some tests for our water to make sure our water softener was working properly. I was happy with the result and Richie used his expertise to get our house running smoothly again. I'd be happy to call them back for plumbing services in the future.

After having an emergency situation with our kitchen drain leaking and causing a lot of damage downstairs, we were referred to Eric's Plumbing. The technician was Alex. This was the best referral we received. From the phone call to the professional service was totally great without any stress. Alex explained every step of the way. Very certious and clean up. We feel confident and satisfied with our decision. Eric's Plumbing will stay in our call list. Great work!

Ian came to our home, looked over our concerns, and explained the best option, price, and 90-day guarantee. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went over with us what he had done upon completion before leaving. I also appreciated him putting on shoe covers when he entered our home.

Alex & Brian were amazing. 1 upstairs the other downstairs working together to fix my pipe leak. Also addressed why I had leaks and fixed those too. Reasonable price for all that they had to do. I've used Eric's 3 times before, and will continue to use them. Very happy customer. ?
