I would highly encourage anyone considering working with Rock Tops to take their money elsewhere and stay away from all Rock Tops Surfaces stores. Working with Rock Tops, specifically Blair, Rock Tops owner, Ricardo, a Spanish Fork store salesman, and Jody, the Spanish Fork store manager, has been an incredible nightmare. We spent $13,000 on new flooring and carpet. Everything you can imagine went wrong. They've done their best to pretend they did nothing wrong and that our complaints are petty. After we finally resorted to disputing the credit card charges they got an inspector involved and ultimately agreed to replace our floors. Nine months later our floors are still not replaced. We've been incredibly disappointed with our carpet, as well. They agreed six months ago to try to fix some of the seams that are especially unsightly but they still have not done that. I've held off writing a review but here we are. Blair is really arrogant and condescending. I'm sure he will write a reply trying to make us look bad and dismiss our experience.

What a waste. Got this tile installed right around 3 years ago for $8000 and already tearing it out. Had issues pretty quickly after it was installed and they came out and fixed the grout once. Even tested for moisture but found levels were very low. After that they told us it could be caused by a bunch of different things so they wouldn't cover it anymore. This is the worst spot on the floor but there are several other spots where the grout is popping up and falling out. They offered to give us some caulk but thats it. Ended up tearing it all out. Was able to pop up over half the tiles fully intact without any grout on them.

Got LVP flowing from these guys. The pricing was competitive and the quality was far better than some flooring we checked out elsewhere. From start to finish it went really smoothly. Great customer service. I especially can’t say enough about the two guys that installed it. They had incredible attention to detail and did all the little quirky things we wanted. They were also great with our dog. It looks awesome and they made sure everything was clean before they left.

TLDR - Absolute bait-and-switch. Plan on paying 50% more than the quote you get from their dishonest salespeople if you want a decent job. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. We decided to work with "professionals" for the laminate flooring in our basement because the concrete was very uneven. We got bids from 4 different companies. I met with each company, explained our concerns, and was assured by each of them that they would level up the floor where needed. We decided to go with Rock Tops Surfaces, primarily because they're located nearby in Spanish Fork and they had the fastest turn around time. Price wise, they were competitive with the others. When the installers came, instead of leveling the floor like I had discussed with the salesman, they grinded the edges of the cracks in the concrete and called it good enough. What I ended up with is a floor that is visibly uneven. You can feel the unevenness when you walk on it, and there are significant gaps underneath the baseboards. The "finished" product looked like an amateur installed it. Don't get me wrong, I don't actually blame the installers. They were friendly and very professional. Unfortunately, nothing that had been discussed with the salesman about leveling the concrete had been communicated to them. After several weeks of texting back and forth with my salesman, who was full of excuses and neglected to respond for several days at a time (he already had my money so no need to rush), he agreed to have the installers come back and level the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, but not the office area. The only caveat, my price went up 50% from the initial bid. Before agreeing to anything, I called all of the other installers that had quoted me and none of them were interested in fixing Rock Tops' mistakes, so I was pretty much stuck. When the installers returned, they did their best to make things right, which I really appreciated. The bathroom and kitchen look good. The office is still very uneven and unprofessional looking and it all ended up costing me $1500 more than the most expensive bid I got from any of the companies I initially reached out to. DO NOT WORK WITH ROCK TOPS SURFACES. They are a dishonest business. Their salespeople will lie through their teeth to get your money and then hope that you'll be satisfied with shoddy workmanship. Save yourself the headache and work with anyone else.

They were so helpful, and they found the most beautiful, soft carpet to go with the room. The installer, Rodrigo was so nice, and he did an amazing job installing our carpet. We love our new carpet and we will definitely be recommending Rock Tops to all our friends!

Ogdens flooring was awesome to work with. Pricing and quality of work is best found through this store compared to other locals. I paid for carpet and they had someone at my door ready to install the next day. Two days later our carpet is done and it looks great. Awesome quality and better price.
