The windows are okay, but are harder to close than they should be for a good quality window. When I had a window that wasn't locking, I tried to use the warranty service that they repeatedly told me about when selling me the windows. They initially told me someone would come out after walking me through some troubleshooting that did not solve the problem. They then called me back twice and were condescending and threatened me with a $175 service charge if it was just me being unable to close a window. They will not honor their warranty. I had someone else fix the window. Buy windows from someone else who actually cares about customer service. Once they sell the product, they are no longer nice.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with everyone at Window World in Spanish Fork! First of all, my windows came sooner than I had expected and I appreciated the ease of the scheduling process. Nephi and his crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They did a GREAT job (very thorough) and finished installation of all the windows in our entire house in a day and a half. One of our sprinkler heads was accidentally damaged during the installation process. Since our windows were installed in the winter, it wasn't until spring that we realized this. I called Window World to see how this could be remedied. In a very short time, Nephi himself called me and offered to come fix it for me. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to fix the problem. I'm sure other people/companies in this situation would try to deny being at fault. Nephi took responsibility and came over very quickly. He was an absolute joy to work with and we LOVE our new windows!

Great windows, great service! We’ve had to replace all of our builder grade windows over the last 12 years. After a lot of research, We went with Window World. One of their windows did have a seal that cracked after 3 years, but they have the easiest warranty service I have ever dealt with. All I had to do was give them the window’s serial number and they ordered me a new window. I definitely recommend them.
