Our company has ordered 4’/4’ pavers for our costumers and the ladies that answer the phone are just irresponsible. Told us they put us on the schedule for production, we called a week later to follow up and apparently we were 3 weeks out after they told us 1-2 weeks. Our company will no longer recommend pavers from this company again. You can’t count on them to be on time and live up to the promises they make. If you are contractor, run from these people. You’ll end up frustrated and your jobs will be put on hold because of this company.

This company is very prompt they open right at 8:00 and they're ready to help couple of times they put the wrong boxes on our trailers we've had to go back for the right product so just check your manifest against the the product just to make sure but other than that they're pretty damn good

Very much enjoyed my experience at Dura-Crete, would use them again and would recommend to a friend. I called ahead and was put on the phone with very helpful people, and ended up getting 8 of their landscape pads/pavers. When I went to pay and pickup, I was met with very friendly and helpful faces - there was even a slight hiccup with inventory but Dura-Crete made it right. Good company doing good work.
