Jeff Durfey is a fantastic service technician in the HVAC industry! He is knowledgable and honest with years of experience! I have had him do work on my home and referred him to others. He was also a third opinion on my client's air conditioner and found the wiring was done incorrectly (by what appears to have been another HVAC company!). If you want honest help, Jeff is one to call!
We are repeat customers and this is the only company I recommend to family and friends. Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a "heat wave" that week. I called Jones Heating and Air and spoke to Jeff. He was backed up with service calls as expected during this time of year however, he still made it out to service our unit. He is so professional and has the kindest personalty. This company always goes out of their way for their customers and I have always felt they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you Jeff for taking care of our family during this extreme heat wave.

Jones Heating & Air are amazing to work with! Technicians, Rob & Cole, were super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and seemed to genuinely care about me as their customer and the company they work for… Which is so rare these days. The pricing was fair and the quality of work, phenomenal! They are my go-to HVAC company from now on without a doubt. (And I’ve dealt with several different companies.)

We can't say enough about Jones Heating and Air. They did our HVAC system a few years ago and we have loved it. Listen to Jeff and change those air filters!
Recently we had an unexpected AC cooling problem at my father-in-laws home. We made an appointment with the understanding that it would be a couple of days or so due to the high demand and recent heat wave. Jeff called the very next day - he was in the neighborhood and could help us in 15 minutes! The problem was straight forward and he had cool air flowing in a short time. The integrity and honestly that he works with is amazing -if you have a HVAC need for your home call Jones - you won't be disappointed!

Our air conditioner stopped cooling overnight. Jeff was able to come the next day and was able to fix it quickly. He was efficient and professional. We will definitely do business with them again if needed.

Jones Heating and Air is one of, if the not best company I've ever had to deal with. They just installed central air in our home. They such a professional job. Like they have also done, whenever we have call them. They were friendly and did such high quality work. I would highly recommend Jones Heating and Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They are the best.

My furnace went out unexpectedly, after doin a little research and trying to fix it myself, I called and had Stryder and Rob come look at my system.
They found a bunch of stuff wrong with the old system, and were very professional and giving me their opinions on what to do next.
The next day they came out and installed my new furnace and all new a/c unit. They did an amazing job and were very respectful, they cleaned up all their messes and the new system looks works and looks great.
Stryder and Rob, you guys rock.

Basement furnace was very old and not working - knew it needed to be replaced. Someone was out the next day to evaluate and confirm. Very competative bid. Responded promptly to all texts and messages. Rob, Cole and Stryker did installation. They were SO professional, friendly and efficient. I am incredibly happy with the service I received and plan to recommend them to friends and family. Honest, nice people!

In summer of 2022, my AC went out and called a company to come out and repair it, and purchased their maintenance plan. Come winter, I called them to come out and they said I was in violation, turned off my system and replied they couldn't service my furnace. Offered to sell me a new one, without any discount for all the money just spent over the summer. Contacted 2 other companies for bids on a new system, one was a company who originally installed the unit. Received nothing, no bids from either. In 2023 after a recommendation to call Jones Heating & Air, I worked with Dion, who was patient and answered all my questions and concerns until I found what was the right system for me. The installers were Rob, Cole and Stry, all who were very efficient and professional. You probably have guessed that I am a very satisfied customer and now I recommend you to give them a call. The pricing was competitive, the product lines they offer are outstanding, they're very knowledgeable and you will get down to the detail everything that was discussed along with great customer service. Great job Jones Heating & Air!
