Keith was awesome when he came out and did everything well and fast. He checked in during the time he was at my property to male sure I knew where ans what stage he was currently on. He was respectful inside and put of my house and even switched up his layout yo help give me some room when an unexpected work call came in. Cameron had stopped by, initially, to go over their awesome packages/prices. And Keith reiterated what Cameron had set up and then again once done. I highly recommend their company. Great service and products.
Christopher Torscher was an excellent employee servicing my house. He did every little detail that I asked. It was supposedly a touch up and he did a better job than a full service. I definitely want him to be my service man next time.

Jose Aguilar came this morning to service our home. He was the best technician we have ever had. He was friendly and courteous but most of all, he was very thorough in his service. He answered questions and took care of everything we needed. He was top notch. Please thank him for doing such a great job.
When I called customer service to pass on our thanks for the great job Jose did, Lovely P answered and was wonderful helping get me a link to thank Jose. She was delightful and very helpful. Thanks

I switched from another pest control company. Your company offered a better service and a wider selection of options.
The crew you had working this area were excellent. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the products they used. Also very friendly and helpful.

Janet was very helpful dealing with the problem we were having with Eco Shield's service. We we very unhappy because we had been promised a lot of things before we signed up only to find out it wasn't true. Not only did it not include our pasture but the plan did not kill the pests we were told it would.
We had them come spray once and the guy was gone in about 10 minutes, come to find out he ran out of spray and never finished. We were billed for the service he did not provide.
We called to cancel our service because at this point we felt they were in breach of contract.
Janet checked with her supervisors and offered several different options. She also said she would personally take care of our account. When I told her we appreciated it but at this we were just done, she managed to close our account with no further charges.
Janet put in a lot of time to ensure we were satisfied.

I had a treatment done on a Tuesday to get rid of my wasps. They knocked off the nests and sprayed. By Friday of the same week the wasps had already started building new nests. I called to have somebody come out here and retreat the areas. I was told they couldn’t come out for 30 days. I told him that clearly their product does not work or there was an issue because they are coming back already and the customer service agent did not care. She said we cannot send anybody out for 30 days. I asked to cancel and of course they make you pay a fee. I talked to the original sales agent and he said he would try to get someone out here in the next couple days.

I have a do not solicit sign in plain view mounted to my front door that the representative knocked on. Not only did he stop by and knock once… but then came back in the evening at 1900 when I’m trying to get my baby down to sleep *just to ignore the sign once more* knock, and wake her up. Side note he left my wife his information on a piece of torn out spiral notebook paper. I’d have avoided doing business with them on that principle alone. If you’re not willing to do something right don’t do it at all. God knows how their work would’ve been.
**UPDATE**
It’s been a month from when I last told these people I don’t want what they are selling. They thought it was a good idea to come back and slam on my door again. So I looked at the Utah County code. I’ll post the excerpts. EcoShield if you’d like to not catch a lawsuit I suggest you educate your employees. Also, I attached a picture of the last employee READING my sign and then knocking anyways. This incident was at 20:23.

Nick did an amazing job. Very professional, nice, and helpful. He waited for us as we were running late. Most places would have just left or rescheduled. Definitely recommend.

Salesman helped me find a plan that supported my concerns and needs. We found a length of contract I was comfortable with. These photos are of my lawn and my two pets. Ecoshield helps me maintain a great looking pet friendly lawn. I’d recommend them.
Update as of 5/13/24
Damaged my gutter, did not knock down older wasp nests on previous two visits, cut me off whenever I tried to speak. Failed to do a thorough visual inspection. Tried to leave without completing spraying. Not the company for me. Sorry, not sorry.
