I didn't know our gutter were clogged until she sent me a video of the gushing water coming down around the front of the rowhouse. Also we were heading out of town two days later and no one wants the pet sitter to have to deal with a flooding basement. (They don't come back after that.) Metro had a team come out the same day I asked. No "emergency" service charge. Just quick efficient work. Thank you.

Metro Gutter and Home Services’ roofing crew from beginning to end was absolutely outstanding. The office was very responsive and kept us fully informed every step of the way. This was our second roof with Metro Gutter, along with other services they offer. I would highly recommend them.

Steve gave me an estimate and helped me save money. On the day of the job, Dillon and Tony came promptly. They were engaged and fast and efficient. Dillon Made sure that I was 100% satisfied before the team left. I would definitely use Metro Gutter and Home Services again.

Steve came to my home and gave me a reasonable estimate to fix the soffit on the rear of my house. He assessed the situation and gave suggestions to make the job cheaper. I had the estimate the next day. On the day of the work Dillon and Tony showed up promptly and did the work efficiently. Dillon and Tony went above and beyond making sure that I was pleased with the job. Dillon was fantastic at painting and ensuring that I was satisfied 100%. I will use Metro Gutter and Home Services Inc. again.

UPDATE: We are pleased to report that MG reached out to us to reschedule a free cleaning after my original review. The owner himself came and redid the service and also discussed with us the importance of satisfying their customers. He also relayed some minor concerns about our roof and gave some good advice on maintenance. As a long time customer, we really appreciated this response. We can highly recommend them and will use them again. Kudos to Metro Gutter! We had scheduled to have our gutters cleaned this week but without an exact day, I told the scheduler that I hoped it would be later in the week because the pods from our maple trees had not yet fully fallen and they are the main source of debris. Unfortunately we got a text on Monday that the technician was underway. We immediately called to see if we could push the service back a few days to give those pods time to fall. We were told no, that since they had arrived we had to have the service that day (in effect will be charged). This was very disappointing because now we will have to have them cleaned again, and basically paying twice.
