Damon was very professional and courteous. He asked where the specific issues were and then went about doing his work with a smile on his face. When the work was completed, he explained what he did in detail. Excellent customer service.
Very disappointed in the change of service quality with Alta. They were great in the beginning when we initially started with them due to a wasp issue. I’m not sure if they changed owners or if they only value newer customers or what, but after almost 2 years with them, I had to cancel after this week’s experiences.
Tuesday: I had received an automated notice the day before that my quarterly maintenance appointment was today. Nobody came, nobody called/messaged me.
Wednesday: I call Alta to inquire about my service and they said I’m scheduled for tomorrow now but could not see a reason for the change. Only after my call did I receive the automated message about Thursday’s appointment.
Thursday: I wait all day and nobody comes or calls/messages. I respond to the appointment message I had received the day before and was told I have an appointment now for Friday.
Friday: Thinking that my house would be serviced as a priority to help rectify the two missed service appointments, I called Alta at noon when nobody had been there yet. After some time on hold and no available explanation for the missed days, I was told the technician would absolutely be giving me a call when they’re on the way and it would be around 4pm. When nobody had come by 5:45pm, I called Alta again. The customer service rep was rather cold and unapologetic which gave me the impression that this is par for the course with this company. She could not give an answer as to why I was not notified about the two missed appointments but said the technician would actually be arriving soon and then after a short hold told me that my house had already been serviced that day. I said that it absolutely had not been given that nobody had been there and there were still webs all around my yard, considering the servicing includes de-webbing. The representative put me on hold and then came back saying that the technician did service my home but can “return” to my home to meet my “specific requests” (merely the service I’ve paid for). In the same breath she said that the technician had likely serviced the wrong house which is what the technician said when he arrived as well. He said he accidentally serviced the house two doors down from me. 1. Our house numbers are very visibly labeled so this is a pretty wild mistake; and 2. I checked with that neighbor and they said nobody had been there otherwise it would have shown up on their Ring camera.
So after being ignored and blatantly lied to, I have to wonder how many times before did I have a paid appointment that was never actually executed but I wasn’t at home awaiting their arrival to know. Service cancelled.
I would not put your trust in this company nor would I recommend the customer service you’d receive with it.

This is Harold Jusse's wife and my technician was phenomenal. He listened to my concerns and did his job very professionally. My husband and I are very happy with the service.

Raymond did a great job with the pest control it was very quick, efficient, and he was in and out before I even realized it! He was very friendly, had a smile on his face, and overall it was a solid job. 11/10 would recommend

Phero did a great job during our pest treatment today even in the rain! He was prompt and thorough ensuring we understood the process and when Alta would be back out to treat again. The entire process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Raymond did the indoor and outdoor treatments for insects and ants, replaced mouse traps, dewebbed around the house in a thorough, very polite and jovial manner. Most of all, he was kind enough to bring down a heavy package at the top of the stairs for me, without being asked! I appreciate that pride in work and service!

Josue and Andy did an amazing job with our mouse exclusion. They sealed any potential inlet, informed me about what to look out for, and were very kind and professional! I am so grateful to know that we will be mouse free soon!

We made the switch to Alta after a fantastic interaction with Fernando as he made door to door sales calls yesterday. Prices were better than company we were using and Phero came out the next day to do the initial treatment. Within one day, our carpenter bee problem is almost completely gone. Great communication, easy set up, quick turnaround for service. Five stars!
