Over the past few years Pest Chase has effectively halted the herds of crickets (not the sweet chirpy kind, but the creepy ‘spider cricket’ kind) that used to infiltrate our basement, and the ants that used to crawl up our brick wall in the back at the slightest suggestion of sugar in the kitchen. I like that I have seen the same technicians perform service time and again; I like that when I call with a scheduling or other question Sundar answers the phone or calls back promptly when I have to leave a message. I like that when I called last fall about a GIGANTIC hornet’s nest (photo attached) that a home inspector noticed, Sundar didn’t seize it as an opportunity to recommend expensive remediation. He explained the behavior of hornets and that the high up location was unlikely to pose a threat to any humans in the yard, that eventually they would vacate the nest and not return, which is what happened. I like that after that I could just see it as a pretty innovative Halloween decoration!

If ever there is an issue, one quick call is all I need to do, and they come right out. They are flexible on their scheduling, giving a courtesy text a few days before scheduled treatments, to ensure it is a good day/time. They offer conventional and green products, and are always attentive and cautious if you have young kids or pets. Their prices are fair, but their customer service is stellar. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Pest Chase does a great job of keeping my home free of bugs and my yard free of mosquitoes. They are very responsive when I need to contact them, and the service technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job. Another pest company paid very little attention to my unfinished basement, but I am working on making it a livable space so treating it like any other part of my home is important to me. Pest Chase treats the basement with care, and I didn’t even need to ask for them to be attentive to it.
