Our family highly recommends Brownlee Plumbing! They are quick, attentive, and honest. We've had several separate and unexpected issues they've addressed and I'm so glad we know who to call and that they will respond with knowledgeable service! We eagerly recommend them to friends in the area.
Brownlee Plumbing provided great service, efficiently, and at a good price. Their plumbers were respectful of my home and quickly resolved any issues. They are my go-to for any plumbing needs.

Brownlee did great work to replace a difficult hose bib that could not be accessed from inside the house. They had a mason on hand to remove and replace brick to access the plumbing from outside the house, and finished the project in a single day. When a small leak appeared in the handle they had someone come back and fix it immediately. I had another plumbing company look at the same project and they wouldn’t even consider it. This is a great local company and I’m glad I gave them a chance on this challenging project.

Replaced a toilet when our old one was starting to crack. Prompt service, quality work, techs were great. Price was rather higher than average, otherwise I would've rated 5 stars.

I was nudged to NOT have a plumber come as an emergency on a Saturday due to the price for such service - thank you! Appreciated it as it turned out to NOT be an emergency.
I was also offered the 'call when arriving in 30 minutes' option for my Monday appointment but despite getting there in about 23 minutes, I stood and waited another 30 minutes with no answer to my calls back to the alert number. Called headquarters and the tech called saying I wasn't there, they had waited 20 minutes and left. Confusing arrival policy - is it 30 minutes or is it 5 or 10 minutes? Did they really come? Times didn't add up.
Nice guys, cleaned up their mess, explained all they found, etc. Will call again.

Excellent customer service and work ! Informed every step of the way as to when a technician would arrive, what would be done and a prompt estimate of cost before service began. Start to finish , 24 hours for a job others told me would take 2-3 days. Jotis is the best !!!

I called Brownlee for a seemingly minor plumbing issue, and they ended up having to undertake a major, 6-week plumbing project at my house. After getting to know the crew and their work, I couldn’t recommend Brownlee highly enough. The owner, Jotis, was upfront about pricing, communicated clearly about the problems and possible solutions throughout the project, and took the time to speak with insurance companies and town inspectors on my behalf. The subcontractors he hired to complete repair work were all excellent and made the whole process seamless and affordable. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, Brownlee will be the only company I call.

Thank you, Jotice and team. I never met you guys in person as you guys made it very easy to have my sewer line fixed while I was busy at work and traveling.
Communication is excellent by phone and email. Prices are very good compared to the other companies in the area.
Clear communication, fast diagnostic, estimate, and repair time. Highly recommend.
