Ramiro Guerrero, my technician was great. Timely, polite, and extremely informative! Went above and beyond informing me of the issue and the corrective actions/options. My biggest fear was being taken advantage of and I NEVER felt this way at all. I felt Ramiro treated me like he would a member of his family. The price, based on my research, was fair and service exceptional. I will seek Cardinal out again and I will refer them to anyone I know in need of AC services!

I have never had a better experience with a service company. From the friendly voice on the phone, to the almost immediate schedule of repair, then the professionalism and incredible pleasant Bryan who diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue {actually had the part on the truck} and provided pleasant conversation the whole time! Cardinal Plumbing has been very efficient, professional, and reasonably priced while doing work for me to replace a PRV and water heater expansion tank, modify some plumbing fixtures for me, and install a sink. They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling over the phone, and their technicians showed up right on time and were respectful in conducting their work, making sure to wear shoe covers and cleaning up very thoroughly after themselves. I'm very happy with the work they did--would definitely call them again for anything I need!

A+ service. I called late in the day (like 5pm) and they were able to send someone out at 8am the next morning to look at it. The plumber took a look, quickly diagnosed the issue, proposed two different solutions (one was quicker while the other would refresh more parts for the long run) and minutes later I had two PDFs with sensibly-priced estimates that were guaranteed for a few weeks. Very convenient process. Great job.

Jonathan G. at Cardinal was great! He was personable and walked me through his troubleshooting and repair recommendations seamlessly. I called Cardinal around noon on a Saturday and they dispatched a technician, replaced our condensation pump, and had our air conditioning back up and running by 4 pm. Super fast service in my opinion!

It’s been a year now since I got my dual flush water saving toilet. I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. I live in Old Town Alexandria North in Harbor Terrace. Max did such an excellent job. He was friendly and informative. He helped me choose the best toilet and I still marvel at it a year later. He installed it perfectly and it took a lot less time than I expected.
