I called to ask a simple question. Soon as the call was answered I said "Hey I have a question." The man that spoke went "listen, do you have a plumbing emergency yes or no? I responded yes so he said "great there's a $250 deposit required get your credit card ready I'll transfer you to scheduling now goodbye" and then i got put in contact with scheduling that also wouldn't answer me unless I gave them my credit card numbers. My question that they refused to answer:: "Do you guys do work in Arlington?" They didn't even know who I was, what I needed, or where I was and they wouldn't even speak unless I gave them private financial info? How are they this highly rated??

O’Neill Plumbing went above and beyond to answer questions, provide solutions, and fix our problem after my water heater expansion tank broke. They are extremely responsive, they listen, they’re friendly, and they show up fast. This is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. If I ever have another problem water or gas problem, I’m calling O’Neill Plumbing and you should too.

I contacted O'Neill Plumbing hoping to fix my noisy faucet. Shannon O'Neill called me after I sent in my request and let me know that he thought, based on our conversation, the issue was something different. He quoted me a fair price and came out the very next day to do the work. Right away he put on shoe covers and laid out tarps to protect surfaces. There was a minor problem during installation when he realized a part was faulty. He came back the next day and finished the job. He stuck to his quote despite the extra work, and was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he invited me to watch and learn what he was doing. I recommend O'Neill Plumbing Services and have their number saved into my phone contacts for future work.

I had a main line backup conveniently Valentines Day at 10 PM. Other local plumbers I had done business with were unavailable or wanted me to wait until the morning, with grey water in my basement. No thanks. Shannon was there in about an hour after calling in the issue, and quoted me an estimate up front on the phone. And in less than an hour, the issue was resolved. He didn't have to use heavier equipment to clear the blockage, so he charged me only half of what he quoted. This is an honest plumber and a very personable guy that I wouldn't mind having cigars and beer with.

O’Neill Plumbing Service was wonderful to work with! Shannon was incredibly helpful and thorough. He put us at ease right away and had such a friendly and professional demeanor. My five-year-old son was thrilled to see him with his tools and has now informed me that he wants to be a plumber when he grows up too. Not only was the service excellent and professional but timely as well. Shannon arrived within the time window we were given and the office staff gave us a courtesy call when he was on his way. I would 100% use them again.

I have utilized O'Neill Plumbing Services at least three or four times over the last dozen or so years. Of course, a plumbing emergency always seems to pop up over the weekend or after hours, but Shannon has been super responsive, often coming out within a few hours of a call. He is honest, thorough, and stands by his work. I appreciate the time that he takes to explain the process and his prices are fair. I highly recommend the next time that you are in need of a trusted professional plumber!
