Our family has used Burtel For over twenty years and have never been disappointed. It’s rare to find a company that has been in business that long and is able to maintain the high level of customer service that we have witnessed.
I have been with Burtel Security for my shop's security needs for a few years now and can not be more happy. I have had uninterrupted service with exceptional customer service. From installation to the call center and everything in between, know that you are in good, competent hands. David, Ron and the entire staff are highly professional who've been in the business for a long time and I recommend them every chance that I get!

As a Property Manager, I have had the pleasure to working with Burtel for over 10 years and have found that their service is prompt and efficient. Ferdie provides outstanding customer service and always follows through to make sure that the job is completed satisfactorily; Gordon is the most knowledgeable and efficient access control technician in the DMV area (I have worked with several through the years); and Dave W. provides exemplary service as well. I highly recommend Burtel's services!!!

Burtel Security is the absolute best! Ferdie surveyed my house, gave me recommendation, was very patient and extremely knowledgeable, came back to install my alarm system, and whenever I have needed help with something they have very fast response time, and customer service is
outstanding!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Representatives are always very late past scheduled service calls Poor technical expertise they do not stand by there product. Management customer service is the worst I have ever experienced
