I highly recommend Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning. Our Systems Advisor, Peter Duncan, provided outstanding consultation, taking time to thoughtfully answer questions and provide information as we were purchasing a new HVAC system. The estimate and contract were clear and straight-forward, which made the decision making process easier. The office staff, Kaitlyn and Jessica were wonderful in responding and assisting us with prompt scheduling. And, our installers, Santiago and Everett, were polite and professional, and took care in our home, including cleaning up the work areas and protecting our floors. Overall, excellent consultation, communication, scheduling, equipment, and installation. It’s very appreciated to receive this quality of customer care and professionalism! And, we are grateful to have heat again!
Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning has consistently provided excellent service. Everyone has been immensely helpful, whether scheduling routine maintenance, providing quotes for work, or replacing equipment. We used their service at our last house and have continued to call them in our current house.

This company installed my air conditioning system 24 years ago and it still runs just fine today. Technicians have been called 3 or 4 times for small issues over these past two decades and their service is always top notch. Their communication skills are great and they really know their stuff! There’s no one better in this area!

Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning has serviced our homes for nearly 25 years. They have replaced heating and air conditioning systems in our present house, and one we owned previously. They are honest, fair and dependable. Martin has been our service technician for several years. He came today and (as usual) did a comprehensive check of all elements of our heating and air conditioning system. Thanks to him, and to others who have worked for this company, we have been able to extend the life of our equipment far beyond its standard operational limit. I recommend them to anyone who cares about high quality service and dependability.

Richard Rivera is the reason why we continue to use Arlington Heating & Air. The first time he came to our house he figured out how to connect our old Thermostat which was not working. His problem solving skills, curiosity, and persistence is second to none. He is extremely personable and conscientious
and always puts his shoe covers on and leaves the area in which he worked spotless. You are a fortunate company to have him!

I have used Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for over four years. Their office staff works wonders to make sure I am scheduled for a time that works with our family's busy schedule. Richard takes care of our HVAC. He is always on time, friendly and a true professional. He explains everything that he is doing and our systems work perfectly. Richard from Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning has helped us with our aging unit twice now and provided exemplary assistance both times. We've been using AH&AC for several decades and have always been impressed by their technicians, especially Curtis. They're always very professional, clean up after themselves, work quickly, and let us know about potential issues with older equipment. Have recommended them to all our friends and neighbors. Even our dog loves them!
