As our Homeowners' Association's Grounds Chair, I conducted a competitive evaluation of prospective Landscaping Companies to provide full-service lawn and grounds management.
Out of a dozen landscapers' bids, we selected five for in-person evaluation.
After individual, in-person reviews and discussions with each of the five finalists, I submitted the ranked submissions to the Homeowners' Board. By unanimous decision, Avanza was clearly
the best.
Avanza has been providing us with outstanding service for 16-plus years!
Noe Loarca (owner) came out for an estimate. Very personable and shared several resources for me to look into for more options with my project.

Avanza refreshes our neighbors landscaping a couple times a year. Based upon the results, we scheduled them to perform a spring clean up and mulch. They were on time, efficient, and ensured we were happy with the results. I would highly recommend Avanza and plan to use them again.

Avanza is professional and does incredible work. The outcome is beautiful! We removed very large azaleas, put sod in, and flower beds cleaned up. We also had a large playground installed with rubber mulch. After dealing with a terrible landscaping contractor, we have found our company. Thank you!

Avanza was amazing! We needed very short notice yard work and they came through with flying colors. They were quick with coming out to give us an affordable estimate. They showed up on time and spent all day on our yard. They did not rush through the process despite us needing yard work quickly for an event. They listened to our vision and it came out better than we expected. Thank you!

From Hector who came to do the appraisal to Emerson and his team who came to do the work on our yard, everyone was incredibly professional, responsive and clearly passionate about providing a good service.
After moving into our house a few years ago and trying to make up for the last decade of neglect the previous owner gave the yard we knew we need professional help. The guys at Avanza did exactly that.

We had a great experience working with Noe and his team. They installed approx 1000sqft of turf at in our backyard. Their work was thorough and quality and it came out perfect.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment for the company's owner to come out and look at the job. I received a proposal within a couple of days, and they offered me a time frame I could work with. Since I was not available on the day the work was done, they sent me pictures, and waited for the remaining payment until I was able to check it out in person. They did a great job pulling the huge weeds and bamboo, cutting some tree branches, pruning the bushes, uncovering some steps that had gotten covered with dirt, laying new mulch, laying rocks on the path, and doing general cleanup. I got my beautiful yard back! I highly recommend Avanza Landscaping, and plan to have them come back next time I need some work done.

Spruced up our backyard mud pit with sod and stone in preparation to sell our home. I had two great conversations with Noe and was impressed by his professionalism. I was not there the day the work was done, but the crew did exactly what we planned and it looks great. If I was keeping the property, I would use Avanza for future work.

Avanza did a great job with my spring clean-up. Noe came out to my property and discussed the job in person which was a nice touch. The team who came to do the clean up was professional and my yard looks amazing!

It has been great to work with Noe at Avanza. He worked out a package that has the services we need while still fitting our budget. His crew is courteous and does excellent and efficient work. There is definitely a positive difference in how the property looks since we hired Avanza. Noe is responsive and communicates well with his customers, and we've been very happy with his work. Highly recommend.

I recently moved into a townhome with a small garden on the patio that had been overrun by mint and other overgrown plants. I have no gardening experience so I contacted Avanza to help clean it up and plant grass instead. Noe was super nice and knowledgeable, and helped me decide what kind of grass to use that would fit my lifestyle with a dog. It looks amazing now!
