This is not an honest company they will scam you. It all started with the salesman Justin Locke we told him that we were interested in only single hung windows. But instead he wrote the work order up for double hung windows which cost almost twice as much. We did not catch this until the day of the install. We called the company and informed them of the scam their salesman had pulled. Our project manager Theresa claimed they would credit our account which they never did. Since then I have been trying to reach her for the last 2 weeks and my calls are never returned. On top of all that we have 3 screens that were damaged during the installation process that they never came back out to fix. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! :Update as of 7/16 they have yet to credit me even though they promised they would and they will not return my phone calls!

The Thompson Creek installers dis an oustanding installation job. They arrived on time to start the work. They surveyed where the work was to be done and went ro work. They were very accommodating in answering any questions we had. They cleaned up the work area of all debris and trash. They were a very pleasant crew to have on the job. The sales person that came to my house to look at my bathroom was not well informed about what they could do. He went over everything with me about the materials, how they would do the changes from tub to walk-in shower. The reason I say he was not well informed is, when I told him that there may not be a sub walk and that there may be some damage behind the shower wall. I ask what would happen in that case. He told me that what ever they come across it would be taken care of. He gave me a time when the materials would be in and when the job would be done. That was 8/23 for materials and done by the end of day on 8/30. I got the call that the materials was in but the day of insulation was 10/5. The gentleman that came to do the installation was very nice good customer service. He explained thing to be about how he was going to do the installation. He got to the point of taking out the old backsplash and from some subfloor damage and structural damage. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the company doesn’t do the kind of work. I informed him what I was told the day the sales person came. He was very informing on what I had to do before he could finish the bathroom. I had to find someone to fix that, after I was told they could fix what ever they needed. I was with out a shower for days. I call to speak to someone but got the runaround. That person I was told I need to speak to was Chris. Never got a call back from him. The walk-in shower looks great. The sale person are not informed or just don’t know. I would give the salesperson a two star , the installation gentlemen a five star. Chris is not a good special project representative. He never returned any of my 4 calls to him.

From the time I spoke with customer service until the job was done has been nothing but professionalism. The guys that came over to do the work were very professional cleaned up behind themselves they were quick and everything looks lovely. I live in a condominium that was born in the early 60s and you can hear the Wind blow siren cars kids everything once my three windows an extra large sliding glass door was replaced I am loving the quietness the warmth of my condo thank you guys so so much oh by the way they did not have my bronze door handle but they kept me informed it just got replaced a couple of days ago and I am loving it even more thank you so so much Thompson Creek
