All the staff at this Blinds To Go location are stellar! Joe, who took our order and went the extra mile to apply the website coupon to it to the lady who checked us out and showed us how to install the blinds were so helpful, kind and friendly. Nothing but good things to say. Customer service is so important and it was refreshing to witness it in full swing in all our transactions with this company. We left feeling well taken care of.
From picking out the blinds I wanted to installation, the whole experience was professional. Installer showed up on time and was fast and friendly. Did the job expertly the first time. Folks in the store were kind too. Satisfying experience from end to end.

Very happy with the level of customer service and the amount of time Hubbia spent with me ensuring everything was absolutely correct due to the tight space in which I was working. The end result is that the blinds I bought look great!

They were amazing! I had several previously purchased blinds that needed repaired as well as three newly purchased blinds. They were more than kind and helpful in making arrangements for these to be handled in the most convenient way for me. They came to the house to get the larger blinds needing repair, did the repair quickly and perfectly and arranged it so that everything could be reinstalled at the same time. Friendly and genuine concern for their customers with no hassle. Michael was fabulous! Love these guys ❤

He was a very nice man. The soft touch on one of the panels didn’t work the first time and he had to come back. There is a slight bend in one of the shades. He didn’t wear shoe covers either time he was in my place. I had to wipe down the walls after he left because there were finger prints. There is a wider gap between the shades on the left side.
