I am forever grateful to Window World and their "phenomenal" staff who gave my forever home a "beautiful" facelift that will last a lifetime. I had all my windows replaced by them many years ago and you just can't beat the quality of their products. My recent experience was SO stress-free, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I am indebted to Steve Deschambault, the Sales & Designer Consultant, who is by the way, an asset to this company, made this dream come true for me from choosing the vinyl siding, new gutters, shutters, storm doors, and a "beautiful" front entry door, and most importantly, made it financially possible! I also want to thank Chris Adams, the Production Manager who was always on top of everything, Berto Ramirez and his amazing vinyl siding installers. They worked tirelessly all day without taking a break in the summer heat. They were very courteous, punctual and always cleaned up even after working a very long day! Window World has all your home improvement needs with affordable prices. This is a very "special" remodeling company who really "cares" about their customers. They are special to me because they support many charities including St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Veterans Airlift Command and supports our communities. Thank you Window World for being here for us and making it a better world.

This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had working in a home project. For over $30k, this company provided defective equipment, did not clean up after themselves, and left my home unfinished for 7 days without any form of notification/communication. It has been over two months since they “completed” their work and I still do not have the issues I found resolved. After subsequently looking at their website, I have no choice than to believe that their non-white customers are overpriced and giving subpar treatment. Window World, do better.

Over the last couple of years I have had several major home improvement projects completed. Window World has by far been the best experience of all. We had 3 different companies come and give us quotes the Window World representative was very professional and answered all questions we were given a detailed quote instantly with everything up front. We had 18 windows and 2 patio doors replaced. The installation team was amazing , polite and professional they completed the entire installation in one day.There was one issue I noted with a patio door after they had left they sent one of thier installers within a few days and he exceded my expectations on the fix. The cost us reasonable for such a quality product which has greatly improved the appearance and comfort of our home. I would highly recommend Window World . Thanks Window World team for a job well done.

Quality of the product is great. The installers were on time and work hard to complete the job (22 windows and a large door along with wrapping all the trim in aluminum). The turn around from ordering to installation was weeks less than expected.

They came out, took a look, and fixed it to perfection the next day. The windows look fantastic! Definitely recommend.
