We recently sold our home in Oak Hill Virginia using Leslie Anderson as our stager. We were delighted with Leslie’s approach to maximize the attractiveness of our home, including several things that we would never have thought to do. We had multiple offers and sold our home within 2 1/2 days of going on the market. Leslie provided insightful guidance regarding color, style, furniture placement and updates needed to modernize the house. In addition, she provided her own floor coverings, furniture, artwork and accessories, all coordinated for optimum effect. Her work undoubtedly impacted the speed and price we were able to accomplish. We heartily recommend Leslie for your home sale.

As a listing agent who has worked with several different stagers, I find that Leslie not only has a deep inventory of fresh furniture and accessories but she knows how to combine the right pieces to bring out the best features of a home. She also has a true understanding of scale and proportion - her pieces always fit the space appropriately. Some stagers will just throw a bed a two nightstands in a bedroom without think about how big/small those pieces should be.

We sold our 8000sf house during COVID-19 all thanks to Leslie. Given we were in the luxury housing price point, we thought it would take at least a whole season to sell our house. We ended up getting an all cash offer in the second week! Every realtor and potential buyer who toured the house LOVED it. Leslie's staging and use of texture brought warmth to our large house. She used furniture pieces that appealed to buyers in our price range. Most importantly, her staging sold a lifestyle. No detail was missed -- muffins in the kitchen with the recipe book turned to the muffin page, bar in the study with ice cubes in the glasses, coffee in the master bedroom sitting area, candles and scented soap in all 5 baths she staged. Walking through the house was an indulgence for all senses. We would highly recommend her if you want your luxury listing to elicit a WOW from every buyer.
