Unfortunately, I selected this company for a move out service. My wife and I with our 2 toddlers moved out a week before Blue Hat crew was to come. We weren’t able to meet them at the house but had a key in a lockbox on the front door. They had to reschedule twice, while charging my credit card a week before providing the service. The day after cleaning I went to check the house. They had unplugged the fridge, so that water was all over the kitchen. The house is 1000 sq ft on one floor with the bottom floor a replica of the top floor. They didn’t even touch the bottom floor. When calling them back they referenced some fine print and refused to complete the job. I feel embarrassed for using this company. Jokes of me I suppose. STAY AWAY! 9/23/24 update - thank you for responding. I’d prefer to pay another company to finish the job than continue to deal with your organization.

They did a fantastic job. Scheduling the cleaning was very pleasant and easy. I was sent the invoice and pictures of the job (since we had already moved out of the house) as soon as the job was done. I was able to swing by and take a look at the house the morning after the cleaning, and it looked great. They cleaned very thoroughly - they house looked cleaner than it had since we moved in. Will definitely call them again!

Do not use them. They were extremely expensive and did NOT do quality work. They left mold on the walls in the bathroom and cobwebs in the basement and guest bathroom. The total deep clean estimate she gave me was $760 and we were charged $960. They charged an extra $50 to clean the oven but did not clean it and left grease in it. We had asked to have the garage and basement cleaned thoroughly when we scheduled our deep clean. When the cleaners arrived, they argued with us about actually doing that and then did just a very cursory job. I emailed pictures to Connie (manager or owner?) and asked if she would give a partial refund or send people out to do the job for which they were paid. She offered to send out a team and again charge me $140 per hour.
