First its a family business, and that is always a plus in my book! Mitch and Jennifer are always very friendly and will tell you if they do or don't have what your looking for. (Which in C'ville is worth a 6th star) In my business, I have had to shop at all the other places, and Alkoh is consistently the least expensive. I mean its a pvc 90 or a pex fitting, would you rather pay $1.39 at lowes or noland or ferguson or .68?

They have years of experience in the plumbing trade, know what you may be looking for, even with uncertain requests, prices are better than Big Box stores AND it's just better to be old school, hometown, small buisness Anytime Any day in C-ville(and surrounding county)!

DeBow Home Remodeling has purchased bathroom PLUMBING-supplies at Alkoh for years from Jennifer and Mitch the second-generation to operate this FAMILY-owned biz. We buy parts to repair toilets, etc and here is a picture of tub and shower kit we ordered there in a variety of sizes. We get shower pans too white in-stock, biscuit special ordered.
Experienced Plumbers and Contractors buy here because the QUALITY is better than the big-box stores. Easy parking which is rare in C-ville.

A ~real~ plumbing supply house with quality inventory. As a homeowner who does almost all of my own repairs, they have always had what I needed IN STOCK, which can be wonderful when something breaks or goes down. The only downside is that they are not open weekends or evenings like the big box stores, so plan accordingly during day hours.
They are also all friendly and helpful... They will guide you to the right solution if you are unsure which route to take. They are also a Milwaukee tool vendor, so major drool factor on new power tools. Best of all, selfishly, they are right down the street from me! So glad I found Alkoh Supply!
