ECCO enclosed our screened in porch in April 2024. We loved our screened in porch - when the weather was good, but pollen season made the porch unusable. With our new 3 (or 4) season enclosed porch, we are no longer limited in the use of the porch and the large glass windows with screens provide options to have the windows open or closed.
The ECCO crew completed the project in 3 days. There were a few punch out items they needed to address but they returned promptly and took care of all my concerns plus additional minor items that they saw needing additional work (mostly caulking).
We are very pleased with the quality and security features of the windows and door and I am sure we will enjoy the room for years to come. Great company to work with and their customer service has been awesome.
We recently purchased a canopied pergola for our patio and the finished product exceeded our expectations! Jeff, our design consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process; the installation team arrived on time, actively engaged with us to make sure we were aware of the steps involved, and cleaned up the area once the work was completed.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Our experience with Ecco was wonderful from start to finish! It started with a phone call to set up a free estimate. The associate was so pleasant and was able to accommodate us with an appointment the next day. Jeff arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment time. He was professional, knowledgeable and authentic. He was patient and thorough with his answers to our questions about the product and the process. Our plan was to get an estimate and do the project within a few months. Jeff shared with us the option of zero percent financing for 12 months. Taking advantage of this option allowed us to get the process of ordering materials and getting project done quicker than expected. What I liked most about Jeff was that he was not pushy at all! In the short time we had speaking to him a level of trust & confidence was being developed. After some weeks our install date was set up. The install crew were quick and clean. Renovations usually give me a little anxiety but I did not experience one minute of stress with this project. Most of the time I forgot the crew was there. A couple of our neighbors have expressed interest after seeing our completed sunroom. It's so beautiful! I highly recommend this company and Jeff!

From start to finish was only a few days; fast, efficient, thorough cleanup and a beautiful outcome to an otherwise end of life porch from 20 years ago. New windows, screens, sliding doors all expertly installed; leveled, measured, caulked, glass cleaned. A beautiful install beyond my initial expectation. A company quality control manager was on site every day checking on the crew and she knew right from wrong. Employee safety while on my property was also top notch. Highly recommend!

ECCO rebuilt our sunroom a few years ago and it's gorgeous! We've been so happy with the quality and spend a lot of time in it. Most recently, our sliding glass door was "sticking" and became hard to open with a horrible noise. ECCO sent a crew out to take care of it and now it's back to smooth, easy, and quiet when open or closing. We highly recommend ECCO if you're considering a sunroom. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and their costs are certainly fair! Highly recommend!
