We have used this company twice and would not consider using anyone else. The first time they installed gutters, and they steered us away from unnecessary extras. This is integrity. So when our roof leaked, we called them again. Collin was the project manager and got the job done quickly. Our daughter also used them after our recommendation and was very pleased. We will always give them a high word of mouth recommendation.

To hear that we needed to replace our roof was a scary moment! However, my entire experience with this company has been wonderful! They are the real deal. Every detail was excellent: prompt communication, they did exactly what they said they would do, actually were able to get us in earlier than projected, price was exactly as stated, very thorough, hard working crew, project done in 2 days! My husband and I are incredibly thankful that you helped make this process feel so easy for us!

I just had Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads come and install a new roof on my house. Everything about the process was positive. The employees were wonderful throughout the entire process. Joey was so thorough during the inspection/estimate and Cristle in the office was wonderful. Collin and his crew arrived the day of the installation right on time and did an amazing job! Everyone was professional and very patient with my questions. They kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process. Such a major home improvement can be stressful but they made the process as easy and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend them for any roofing issues you might have!

Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads

Recently went with Roofing Systems to have our roof replaced. Out of about 6-7 quotes they were the only contractor I had come by that offered Certainteed (other brands weren't impact resistant) and RSHR were roughly 2nd or 3rd as far as pricing went. Most of the crew arrived by 7 AM and they were done with the roof by 4pm. Collin was my project manager for the roof replacement and was available throughout the whole process to answer any questions and to coordinate tear down, supply deliveries, and supervise clean up. We only needed an additional two deck boards so our initial quote was almost exactly the same as the final invoice so there were no surprises for us as far as cost went. They supplied all new hardware for most of the vents on the roof (HVAC was not included due to being tied into the furnace) and were all paint matched (even the old HVAC exhaust) to the roof. Exceptionally happy overall and am really looking forward to seeing how it holds up during storms. Thanks again and we'll be keeping RSHR at the top of our list for future home improvement projects!

What a fantastic experience. They just finished our roof and 2 skylight install. Amazing work both inside and out. Very thorough. The system they use to catch anything during the install works perfect. No mess at all. We are doing our windows and siding next year and they will be the first call I make. Thanks!
