Ken was very nice, prompt and knowledgeable. He came on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. He actually had the part with him that my washer needed. He definitely did his homework after our initial conversation. I would highly recommend him. Thanks again

Mr. Kim excellent service and quick. Called around and everyone else told me I would have to wait over a week for parts. Mr. Kim came a day after calling for service for my dryer and was fixed at that same appointment. Definitely would recommend and he can get on military installation!

I highly recommend All Affordable Appliance Services. Mr Kim arrived promptly on time and was very knowledgeable in his craft. He diagnosed the problem with my Samsung dryer very quickly and serviced it with in 1 hour. It’s hard to come across reliable services and I will absolutely be doing business with Mr. Kim again!

All Affordable provided excellent service on my overflow refrigerator in the garage. I was afraid that I would have to get rid of it because it would be too expensive to repair. All Affordable promptly scheduled a visit and actually showed up as agreed. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a price for his work. I thought the price was fair and I was happy to hear that the refrigerator could be fixed reasonably. The technician was friendly and easy to talk with. He explained the problem so that I could understand what was going on. I was very pleased with the service and results. I will recommend All Affordable to my friends because good service is hard to fine.

Kim was prompt and on time. He did not rush trying to diagnose my issue. When he left, I was much more knowledgeable about my appliance and what all my options were. Would definitely recommend him and his company for service.

Still owed a refund from months ago he agreed to pay after installing an icemachine in LG refrigerator that has never worked.
04/16/24- Mr. Kim, I'm not sure why you are responding to my review as such because it's irrelevant to the issue. When you called my house last night, your first words were you were not calling because of my review ?. Anyhow, after you went on and on about the issue with LG icemakers, etc., it seems to me you should have acquired that information prior to coming to our home to ATTEMPT service as it would have saved us paying you monies for work you are now saying is a manufacturing issue. You again told my husband and I on the phone yesterday you would make good on your word to refund our money. However, your response to my review sounds like after knowing we have a warranty on the LG, you are back paddling. No worries, I'm tired of dealing with this issue with you, so keep ya money, we don't need it and don't want it.
Going forward, if anyone contacts this business, better make sure they are informed about your product and they are qualified to do the job.
