Negative experience so far. Our designer Abby was wonderful to work with. Other than that there's nothing really positive to say here. Some blinds and roller shades arrived dented or tilted and needed replacement. Another set of roller shades were installed on the wrong windows and needed re-install. Installation process was sloppy. We're still waiting on the replacement parts to arrive and be installed- it'll take ~ 2 months since our first installation. Also, faux wood blinds have a manufacturing defect in them (the baton hits the valance every time you tilt the blinds- I don't know why they keep supplying them while this issue is ongoing!). We definitely do not see value for the money we've paid to work with them. They charge higher than other blind stores but, besides the design consultation, everything else (including post-sale customer service) is bang average..
The process was seamless from beginning to end! Trina and my installer were both very thorough and I’m extremely pleased with my shades! Thank you for all of your assistance

We purchased some rolling shades with the help of Abigail at the Shade Store. The entire process was professional and very informative. They send someone out to your house to measure so that you don't have to which was a huge help and relief. I highly recommend The Shade Store to anyone looking for new shades!

Abigail helped me to solve a tricky problem with my new windows, suggesting these shades that could be installed with an inside mount in a very tight space. I had spent many hours trying to figure out how to do this, but one call to The Shade Store, and I had the answer. Everything about my experience with The Shade Store was a pleasure, from my initial inquiry, to visiting the showroom, to scheduling, to measurement and installation. Everyone I worked with was professional and the end result exceeded my expectations. The price was in-line with all other estimates, and the product higher quality. I will be coming back to The Shade Store for all my future window treatment needs.

I am an interior designer in the Fairfax area and used the Shade Store @ Mosaic for window treatments in my own home. My rep, Jan, was communicative and thorough and the installer who came to my home, Dexter, was kind, competent and professional. My experience was everything I expect from a professional window treatment manufacturer and supplier.
