We signed up for mowing this summer and have been very pleased with the service. Additionally, we contracted Premium to do a "general cleanup" of weeds, ivy along the fence line, and removal of a boxed-in rock bed. The landscape team had to work in the extreme heat that day and did a wonderful job! They took care of everything listed on the initial estimate. The crew and team leader were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them for mowing and general clean up services!

Premium cuts grass in our community. I live in Lansdowne. I have asked their guys not to blow debris at my cars. They look at me like I'm stupid. They continue to do it. My husband has addressed this with Steve, no results. He needs to train his employees and let them know it is not acceptable. What happens when a rock hits a window? I don't appreciate dirt and sand being blown on my cars. This needs to stop.

I am beyond disappointed in this Premium’s ability to provide simple, quality landscaping services. What may seem logical to the most people to do in order to complete a job correctly is not something Premium has been capable of from my multiple experiences. Scheduling, communications, follow up, managing projects…all terrible. I give up with these people. Not going back to them for anything. Disgusted.

They just want to argue. I asked them for an estimate for mow and trim, and they mailed it to me like it was 1995. It included all sorts of services despite that I said I only needed mowing and trimming. I emailed them several times asking for a soft copy that I could sign and email back, and they wouldn't send me one. I indicated plainly in the email that I wanted them to start service the week of 05/13, and they responded with: "Good morning, To go ahead and activate services, we would need a signed estimate returned to us. If you just want the mowing, you can just cross off the rest and I would notate the start date that you like." Not, "You will need to indicate start date on the invoice or they'll start mowing right away." They seem really hung up that I didn't put the date on the invoice when you can see in the attached screenshot that they said THEY would notate that. So I mowed my lawn as usual last weekend, and they showed up today to mow, a week ahead of schedule when it needed no mowing. That's fine, they made a mistake so I'll just contact them and I'm sure they wouldn't charge me for their mistake, right? I sent them the email string and highlighted where I requested the date, and they said that they would notate that date. Then they proceeded to argue with me: "I apologize for any confusion. The crew did mow your property today based on the approval you submitted yesterday with no mention of a start date. If you are dissatisfied with our service I would be happy to remove the charge for today and discontinue our service going forward to allow you to find a company that better fits your needs." Rather than own their error, they would rather lose the customer. Imagine dealing with them on an actual issue? Their reply to this review will likely be doubling down that I didn't put the start date somewhere on the invoice, despite there not being a place to indicate when the services will begin and that they said they would do that. Stay away unless you want to feel like you're arguing with a crazy ex.

I'd like to commend Laura, Marlon, and Christian for some very professional work yesterday. Because of an insurance claim resulting from unexpected and considerable damage to the lawn, shrubs and a retaining wall, Laura came by in advance to scout out the work necessary and come up with a reasonable estimate. Laura was very cognizant of what would work best and really knew her stuff. When Marlon and Christian came to do the work, they were extremely conscientious, and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond, and did some extra cleanup that was not really essential to the project, but looked very good nonetheless. The entire crew demonstrated care and was thoughtful to deliver a well-crafted package I would certainly contract again with Premium. Thank you for a job well done.

These guys were AMAZING! The came out for an estimate and we quick and efficient about it. They communicated with us throughout every step of our rather extensive project. When designing the landscaping for our backyard, they gave some suggestions, but were happy to hear our input to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I was happy with them before the work even started. But once they'd finished, oh man it looks awesome! They were also efficient with scheduling and completing all the work. The attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate that they understand that I am not a lawn care/landscaping professional and there's a lot that would never occur to me to ask for. So their professional advice was appreciated and I can't say it enough, everything looks amazing!

Stay away from this company ... they will damage your property! Hired this company to mow my lawn. Before they even started, I conducted a walk-through of my property with the Field Manager (Steve) and expressed my concern about potential damage to my outdoor speakers. Steve and I mutually agreed that no string trimmers would ever be used around the speakers. Last month I was quite frustrated to find an outdoor speaker totally destroyed by a string trimmer (see photo). After a lengthy and difficult process, Premium Lawn reluctantly agreed to replace the speaker but it was too little and too late. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company ... trust me on this.

We have used Premium for a number of years for scheduled mowing, lawn maintenance, tree trimming/removal, drainage, masonry work and landscaping services. They are always prompt, professional and leave the work site in great shape when they finish. A number of the crew have been with them for many years - a continuity that is rare in that business. The few times we have had minor issues, most of those when we changed our minds on work to be done, they have been addressed promptly with no push back. We have occasionally used other companies for projects, but mostly turn to Premium for a combination of professionalism, price and responsiveness. Highly recommended.
