As a 30 year old single adult, I’ve always struggled with decorating and designing my apartment by myself, especially the tiles. I got all the help I needed from BestTiles and the staff was super nice and helpful. The results are amazing and I’ve been getting more action than ever now, and no date leaves in the morning without complimenting my tiles (no pun intended).

Chris, Jess, and Jeremy were FANTASTIC. They were eager to help, professional, and extremely friendly. I needed an extra box of tile at the last minute and they coordinated with another out-of-state store to get me the extra material I desperately needed within hours of my request. Additionally, the selection of tile/materials is exceptional - the store has a huge inventory. This was our one-stop shop for our home project and we will definitely go back to Best Tile for any future tile work.

Very disappointed with my experience. Do not rely on their personnel . I provided a picture of a tile/floor (a plain blue hex - not distressed). They recommended a tile based on the pic I provided. They did not tell me that it was a tile that had a chipped/distressed look. You could not tell by their samples or by the internet pics that it had a chipped look. It looked nothing like the original pic I brought to the store and it looks awful installed. When we brought it to their attention, they did nothing. It was surprising because you expect stores of this caliber to provide good customer service but I have had a better experience at Home Depot. Best Tile simply did not care.

The ladies in the showroom are just amazing, sweet and so helpful! They have some of the most beautiful tiles you can imagine on display there and their pricing is very fair in my estimation. I have used products from their "Treasure Room" where they have discounted over stocked items that sometimes have been just perfect!
