Byron previously installed the generator on the house we recently bought. When we experienced issues, we called him back and he was prompt and insightful in providing us the information we needed to get our generator back on track. Highly recommend CMR Generator Services!

The services provided is impeccable, truly above and beyond. Byron is a gentleman, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Not only did he perform full maintenance (including a 5-yr valve inspection) on my Generac 22kW generator, he helped to clear out an ant colony that was building a home inside. Before leaving, Byron also helped to wipe down the exterior, making my generator look good as new! I also received a detailed maintenance inspection report afterwards via email. All an all, you can't go wrong with CMR Generator Services! Definitely one of my best experiences with preventative maintenance along with a very competitive price.

Our whole house generator just came due for its first annual maintenance. Despite it being a new unit and us not expecting any problems, I somewhat dreaded having to call someone in to service it (what would they tell me was wrong with it and try to sell me as a result?). I was very pleasantly surprised from my very first contact with Mr. Perry to our handshake when the work was completed. Mr. Perry is the epitome of professionalism, and he goes above and beyond in customer service. If you need another reason to patronize this business, it is vet owned (thank you for your service, Mr. Perry). I hope Mr. Perry is in business for many years to come, because I know who I want to call about my generator.
