I may update this to 5 stars once they completely finish the job. These guys were cheaper than the 2 other places I checked, but so far good quality work. They showed up one day and prepared the area, and the next day poured, stained and stamped the pattern into the concrete. Prior to this I went by their office and picked my color, pattern, and was told exactly what work they would be doing. Current I have no complaints and their guys really work hard. Now just waiting for the final cleanup and sealing of the pad.
We had a set of stamped concrete steps built from our patio to our pool area in November 2023, and all went well until this summer. The color on the concrete started to come off only 6 months after construction. We called multiple times to try to get someone to come out and look at the problem but could only leave voicemail messages or notes through their website. Finally, after a month of trying to talk directly to someone, we got a call from the office and were told that someone would be out to look at the situation and give us an answer. That was two weeks ago and still no further contact from the company. The company gives a one-year guarantee on their work, but after 6 months the problem started and two months later we are still waiting for them to fix it. We had a stamped concrete patio built by a different company nine years ago with the same color and never had the same issue with the color coming off in only 6 months.

My experience with American Custom Concrete was unbelievable! My project was a bit challenging because it was a short notice, yet they were able to schedule me right away. They completed the project before I expected. Daniel and his crew were worked diligently, making sure that my desired design came to reality. The whole process was a breeze, clear communication and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend American Custom Concrete for your home outdoor projects.

Company advised that they would do the work within a certain time frame and after I made the payment, they finished the work about 2 weeks past their deadline. The work wasn't completed until after I cancelled the second check.

Amazing professional drain work and driveway fix. And they quoted me a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys. Now I know who to go to for concrete/asphalt work

The team at American Custom Concrete are the best. They are very responsive and professional. The work they do speaks for itself but it is the work you don’t see that is so appreciated. They respond quickly to all inquiries and their team is respectful of your home and property. When they are finished you never even know they were there, they just leave your home looking more beautiful then when they started. Thank you Daniel, Cheryl, Melissa and team!

American Custom Hardscapes did beautiful work in our backyard. There we’re some hiccups with scheduling but this has been the same story for most businesses lately. Daniel and your team are amazing and perform superior quality keep up the work.

American Custom Hardscapes Inc. did such a wonderful and professional job transforming our plain back yard into an area our whole family will enjoy for years to come. They exceeded our expectations after having to reschedule due to the freezing weather. We had 2 large sramped patios, 2 sidewalks and a shed pad poured and it only took them 4 days to complete the project. They even cleanup after themselves each day. I would absolutely recommend this company.

American Custom Hardscape is in high demand and the 2020 pandemic lockdown only added more to this demand.
Be patient for your estimate, I am so glad I was patient. This company was busy before the pandemic, but the wait was worth it for me.
*Notice that the bad reviews for this company only started in 2020...during the Covid19 pandemic. The bad reviews are mostly due to a backup in delayed estimates and scheduling of work.
However, the bad reviews have nothing to do with this company's actual workmanship. 2020 was a challenging year for us all. It may take a little longer to schedule, but this company is worth the wait.
I highly recommend them. They did a great job on my new patio. Daniel and the guys are so professional and worked really hard to get my patio installed in one day as promised. Then they returned the next day to power wash and tidy up the patio. I am overly pleased with American Custom Hardscape, and their prices are reasonable. Give them a call if you want professional concrete work done at an affordable price. Be patient.
