B&F Ceramics Design are so rigid in their return policies that they would not refund a damaged carton of tile that was delivered on their truck. They said that I will have to pay another $50 to replace this carton after I had already paid them over $19K for this particular job. A perfect example of poor customer service.
I've had 2 great experiences with B&F Ceramics this year. First, I did a full remodel of my bathroom, and Sandra was so helpful in finding the perfect tile for the job. We recently decided to get a backsplash for out kitchen, and saw Taylor, and she made it a breeze. She had several styles/colors ready for us before we even arrived, and was so helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for tile, I HIGHLY recommend B&F. After two projects, and being helped by 2 different designers, I'm never going anywhere else if I need tile work done. Thank you Taylor and Sandra for making these projects such an easy and pleasant experience.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Tile selection is the best in the area, and they are great to work with. If you're looking for a designer, Kimber-lee is excellent, knows the products and can help you visualize your project, no matter how big or small. 5 stars all the way around!

I was working with No Limits Construction LLC and came to the B&F Ceramics Design Showroom to pick out tiles for our bathroom renovation. Taylor was very attentive and kind. I explained that we were on a budget and she showed me some lovely porcelain tiles that we ended up going with. She was very detail oriented, finding the right colored grout and threshold tiles.
My mother also purchased tile from here for her kitchen reno. I would recommend making an appointment. They have a much wider selection than Lowes.

Great selections, gorgeous showroom and super helpful design staff! Kimberlee was patient and helpful with us picking products for our bathroom renovation. Couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you ?

We went to B&F Ceramics last week where we had scheduled a 12:30 appointment with Taylor and just had a horrible experience. We made the time during our work day, yet she was 10 minutes late to our appointment. This was bad enough, but then even with us standing there, she did not acknowledge us until another staff member went and talked to her. She had done nothing to prepare for the appointment (aside from writing my name on a piece of paper) - hadn't pulled any samples, seemed to not know what our cabinet selections were (even though all of this information was sent ahead of time), and was of no help when browsing their options. On top of that, we were not happy with any of the samples they had displayed. Overall, we were very unhappy with how our visit went.

The B&F showroom and the assistance provided by Kimberlee Lee was simply outstanding. She helped us sort through a wide variety of tiles for three different bathrooms and provided sound advice that enabled us to make our decisions quickly. Make sure to visit B&F when you decide to remodel.

B & F ceramics,
I was referred to you by Sal Battista. He said your company was the best and he was right! Your Design showroom was amazing. So many choices but not overwhelming. The displays were well organized in color, texture and similar patterns. However what is beautiful tile with out a staff person to help guide you with your vision. O make that special dream come true. Gretchen Keen is that person. I first was able to experience her gifts & talents while redoing my kitchen 3 yrs ago. Her patience, listening skills and contributions make my kitchen a Masterpiece. Last year we completely re did our Master Bathroom so I requested Gretchen. It was such a delight and pleasure to work with her again. Her outstanding artesian and craftsmanship added the perfect touch.
My kitchen was simple however the bathroom was much more complicated. Tile floors, walls steam shower tile trim and mirrors. Talking about accents where it was not to much. My kitchen and bathroom are such a classic, warm and welcoming. If it wasn't for Gretchen it would not of been so. Her e-mails and communication kept me up to date and new inventory tile pieces that were perfect. Gretchen expertise knowledge of how much to order and her professionalism along with her personality all combined reflects my kitchen and bathroom. Thank you again Gretchen. We just completed a kitchen backsplash with help from B&F. Gretchen was amazing! She was so patient and kind during the tile selection process, while also being very direct and pointing out various factors to consider. She listened to our ideas and kept working with us until we were able to narrow down our selections. We love the result and could not have done it without her efforts and advice.
