I purchased tile for a kitchen remodel being done by another company. I went to the store five different times over several weeks. Each time, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were very patient and let me take samples home. I always felt that they wanted me to be completely satisfied with my tile choice, listening to me and recommending tile based on my preferences. In addition to their expert care, they have the best prices. I shopped at six other stores and J & J Tile is truly the best of them all, in every way..
So happy with my new shower! It turned out even better than I imagined. Billy,Tommy and TJ created a masterpiece . They were knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, clean and on time. I was actually a little sad to part ways at the conclusion of the job. Thanks to “Papa John”, and “Big John” for working with me so I was able to stay on my budget- I so appreciated that! And last but not least, many thanks to Josh for helping me make the perfect choices for my bathroom. You sure know your tile Josh! You all are top notch in my book.?

J&J Tile & Marble did a truly amazing job on our renovation project. Josh helped us pick out the tile for our backsplash and nailed exactly the look we were shooting for. We had a tile in mind for a coffee area that was sadly wasn’t available, but Josh patiently helped us pick out something that was equal to or better than what we had in mind. John came out to survey the job and helped us figure out a plan to tile a fireplace surround using the same accent tiles we used in the kitchen. He was able to schedule our job quickly and sent two professional tiling experts, Billy and Tommy to complete the job. They were respectful of our home, very communicative and knowledgeable of their craft. Everything from the first visit with Josh to the install was perfection. We would highly recommend J&J to everyone!

Needed to match tile in new house build in NC to tile ceilings in showers. No one in NC locally had the tile. I'm from VA and called J&J who ordered it and got it in within days. All done over the phone. When I returned to VA I picked it up. Great advice and service. Perfect match.

Great people, canned and measured, helped find perfect role from a large selection. Contractor did great job with demo and install. Will done, clean and complete. Highly recommend if doing any looking for tile and tile work.

The best place between northern Virginia and Richmond to buy tile. Family owned business that offers personal service. They are great at answering questions and helping you coordinate tile. When you ask for their opinion you know they’re not going to tell you it looks good just to be saying it. It really does look good. I love,love,love the tile I picked out for my bathroom. Good quality, reasonable prices, and great service. Will definitely be back.

J & J Tile & Marble Inc has a great selection of in-stock items needed for tile work and repairs. Twice now, I have been able to go there and find exactly what I needed, in stock and ready for purchase. I accidentally broke a section of marble shower curb, and it had to be removed and replaced that day. I called ahead, and they had it waiting for me at the front counter when I arrived. Prior to that, I needed a specific size and color inside corner shelf for a tiled shower, and I called them, and surprisingly enough, they had them in stock and I was able to pick it up that day and without delay. Very friendly service and the staff is always enthusiastic to help.
