We contacted 3G Security Solutions for our security camera installation at our business in King George, VA. The camera installation was less than 6 months ago and we have consistently had issues with two outdoor cameras. We have contacted Vince, our technician and his customer service is less than desirable -- he gives you the impression that you are bothering him when you have an issue, very condescending and demeaning. My agreement was for warranty of 1 year on labor and 3 years on equipment. My last contact with Vince by phone was Monday and he was short and refused to correct the situation unless we had a service agreement -- why should I have to pay for a service agreement when the equipment has been faulty since the onset? They say they guarantee customer service -- so far we have not found that to be correct. It appears that we will have to take legal matters to get this resolved.

I’m am smiling ear to ear! First time in a long time that someone came to do some maintenance work, and cleaned up totally after themselves. Did an outstanding job, was patient at explaining how to use the system, and most importantly, priced well! Oops! Almost forgot you don’t see wires running all outside my home.

I did a google search and yelp sent me several recommendations for the service I needed. 3G Security Solutions was the first company to reach out to me. I was pleasantly surprised because it was after 2000 on a Sunday night (thank you Vincent). I was put in touch with Ashton who was able to set up an appointment rather quickly (thank you Ashton). Ashton arrived promptly and did the installation as we discussed. He was professional and did a great job!! Thank you, 3G Security solutions. .

We are so happy with our setup and highly recommend getting a quote from 3G if you are in the market for home security. Vince was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us to find the system that best suits our family & budget and scheduled installation for the same week. TLDR: awesome, quick, budget-friendly service. Definitely using them for any and all future needs.

Vince installed three hard-wired ring cameras for our home in Spotsylvania. He was very professional and his work is impeccable. The price was very reasonable and he also assisted with helping us figure out an electrical issue with another part of our home. We definitely recommend 3gs security solutions.
