Very simple and easy process. They only had one guy working at the time ,I was there, helping another customer. I was still able to get in and out within 10 mins.

I wish i could give zero stars. I've had to repair everything I've ever rented from them. The employee told me he'd refund me $60 for the non working drop speader . Upon return they said nothing about refund. I walked in and asked them guy he said he told me not to refund you. The owner was hiding in the shadows in back of the garage and wouldn't come out and deal with the problem and tell me myself. Don't waste your time there Over priced and all there equipment is out dated and not serviced in yrs. Over $60 I will never return. Really shows how they treat there customers ????????

So I had a problem with my rental...Justin made it right and I am happy with the result...they were very nice and easy to deal with. Rented from there about 4 more times since the original post...Justin is a good man and will have you taken care of with whatever you need to rent.

The John Deere skid steer with grapple was perfect! Dave the mechanic came out 3x in the beginning for a very minor hydraulic leak that he fixed right away. Only lost about 30 minutes of working time, but customer service was great. Will rent there again.
