Mike has been incredible! We had a new system installed and the crew got it done in less than 8 hours. The install looks immaculate. We had an issue with our preexisting thermostat and they came back out to fix it for us quickly. 100% recommend working with the folks at Cardinal! It’s great to have such a trustworthy local company near us

Our experience with Cardinal was great. We needed quick service for our AC and were scheduled right away, the same day. Our technician, Wilmer, arrived within a couple of hours as promised. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. We’re cool now and won’t hesitate to call on Cardinal again.

My first time using Cardinal. Cecil was great. He explained everything in detail and appreciated the thorough review of my HVAC system. I was a little overwhelmed with the suggestions but was grateful that nothing was needed since I have been keeping up with the maintenance. Thank you Cardinal. You now have a new customer.

The Cardinal technicians that did the HVAC and Plumbing preventive maintenance were 100% amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for the technicians! Where Cardinal loses the stars is the lack of proactive engagement with their program members. I paid $44.98 monthly for a preventive maintenance plan, service discounts, and other program perks. For over 1 1/2 years i was not contacted. I had to reach out and schedule the preventive maintenance service and even then it took multiple communication attempts to get it set up. Lastly, after the maintenance visit (i knew i had things to fix), the estimates (to include plan discounts and Veterans discounts) far exceeded estimates from all 3 of the other vendors I contacted. Great Techs! Not pleased with back end business and monthly membership plan.

Cardinal Plumbing sent out Jake to my home for a free service quote. Positive communication and arrived on time. Once at my home he used shoe booties every time he entered my home and not
Pushy or salesman like with “selling” me on solutions. He expertly completed all work and I am so happy I called Cardinal and I highly recommended Jake!!

I haven’t always had the best experiences with (in particular) “big name” A/C repair companies so, take it from a natural skeptic, these people are HONEST and absolute professionals. Cecil was prompt, abundantly respectful of the property, and actually took the time to listen to what I was asking him and EXPLAIN things without any of the common deceptive sales tactics. Other places would do well to watch how Cardinal does business…. their overwhelmingly positive reviews speak for themselves. Thanks again Cecil!

Anthony from Cardinal Plumbing provided exceptional service. Although he didn't need to make any repairs, he expertly identified the issue and took the time to educate us about various aspects of our plumbing system that we didn't understand. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. We now feel much more informed and confident about maintaining our plumbing. Cardinal was transparent about the work and costs through the whole process of replacing my HVAC system, Water Heater, Sump Pump, and main PRV & Shutoff valve. They explained every component and detail thoroughly and answered every question I had.
The install was a bit pricier than I had initially thought it would be before I called them, but I also did not go with entry-level equipment. I went with a "mid-tier" Rheem HVAC unit with a SEER2 15.2 rating and furnace with an 80% AFUE. The water heater was a 75-gallon tank heater. My PRV (pressure reduction valve) and main shutoff needed replacement as they were 19 years old by that point and were not working correctly.
The installers Dominic, Gilbert, and an HVAC installer whose name I didn't catch (apologies) worked from 8am through 6pm. They were professional and did a very good job at making sure everything was taken care of to their best standards.
