I have an old roof and I knew I would have to replace it soon. A Year ago I had some estimates from other contractors. I could not even come close to affording the estimates I received from them so I had no choice but to wait until I had my HVAC system paid off 4 years from now. Unfortunately we had a storm and I discovered a leak. I called Nathans from a referral from some friends. Nathans came out promptly and discovered the repair work was going to be pretty costly. Less than a new roof, but Nathan instead proposed a new roof and I thought I knew where this was going. I was wrong. He gave me an estimate that was less than half of the other "Builders" out there and even though I was not prepared to invest in a new roof, his estimate was too good to pass up. I decided to get the new roof for my house and detached buildings. They showed up promptly, replaced the roof, cleaned up after themselves and even took care of some siding and chimney leak that we discovered later on. It is rare for a contractor to care about the job and his employees more than just making a big profit, Thank you Nathans Roof Repairs!
Nathan’s did an excellent job. The estimator showed up the same day I contacted them and provided a reasonable quote. The work was promptly scheduled and completed in one day. Roof looks great!

The crew who came out was great! They made wise decisions with our ventilation and took the time to discuss everything with us. They were able to get a full tear-off and replacement done in one day. They also gave us insight on how to best mount our internet receiver without causing future damage. The communication and expectations from the start were very clear, and they even went above and beyond when we asked for additional references. Pricing was very competitive. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend them. Our neighbors were also very impressed.

Nathan's Roof Repairs has come through for me in a pinch. I had an awful flood in my house due to the old owners stupidity. They came out asap and fixed it for me. I called them back a few weeks later to look at the rest of my roof and repair it. I think this company is exceptional. I can't recommend them enough!

From start to finish, I was totally impressed with this professional company. The 1st gentleman I met was so easy to talk to and patient in answering questions. He showed a genuine concern about possible water leakage that no one else had been concerned about. Then I spoke with Tammy on the phone and what a wonder she is. She is so interested in answering questions also and so well informed. Then the crew was also very professional and thorough with their work. They left my yard and everything in such good order. I was so happy to have chosen this company and can not say enough good things about it. If you ever need any kind of repair or replacement on your roof, this is a 10+ company to hire. Nathan's Roof did a great job for our roof leaking issue and re-roofing project. While scheduling an appointment was easy, we did have to wait approximately 20 days due to their busy schedule. However, the wait proved to be worth it. They did a detailed inspection and fixed the flashing/leaking issue on the same day. When I asked for the re-roofing quote, Nathan quoted me the reasonable quote and there was no hidden fee or surprises in their quote. I greatly appreciated it.
The installation process itself took less than 2 days, during which the crew worked efficiently and respectfully, leaving no mess behind in my yard.
What truly sets Nathan's Roof apart is their exceptional communication and shingles warranty. They were responsive throughout the entire process, and they even followed up with us a month later after the installation was completed. The fact that the shingles warranty is transferable further adds to their credibility. I am happy with my new roof and highly recommend Nathan's Roof for anyone in need of roofing service.

After reading some good reviews online, we chose Nathan's to replace our roof this winter. The work was done professionally and quickly, and the team did a great job cleaning up after themselves once the job was done. Lee, one of the crew leads, provided standout customer service during a post-job walkthrough, answering my many questions. Highly recommend to the local community.

One thing I always look at before hiring a company is its reviews and I wasn’t disappointed after hiring Nathan’s to replace our roof. We had a technician come out to look at the roof pretty quickly. We were told that even though Nathan’s might not be the cheapest company, they would make sure the job was done correctly and they were completely honest. We did get another opinion by a different company which in fact was about the same estimate as Nathan’s. We decided to go with Nathan’s and haven’t been disappointed! We got the roof scheduled to be replaced the following week. They were fast, reliable and honest throughout the entire process. After the job was done, another tech came out to make sure it looked good and that we were satisfied. It’s been over 4 months and we have had rain, storms, and wind to test out the new roof. We are 100% happy and satisfied we went with Nathan’s!

Part of my roof is flat and very few roofers have the knowledge or experience to work on it. Nathan's replaced it with top notch material and didn't try to price- gouge me. His men were very efficient, worked hard and steady, and didn't leave a single trace of debris when the job was completed. I will be glad to recommend Nathan's to anyone that wants a superior finished product.
