company on a whole was great, but the guy telling the crane operator what we needed him to do refused to listen to me. he was very unsafe. in the middle of a 176,000 pound lifting of train cars it is crucial to pay attention to people requesting you not to make a lift at a certain point, and this man did not. due to safety concerns about this mans ability to be safe, I will not use this company as long as he is still employed there. other than this one person, ADD equipment is a fantastic company and Scott never missed a beat on every request I had.
