I couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, selection and installation of our shades. All the staff were helpful, polite and efficient and the blinds were ready and installed quickly with no problems. They even tightened a few shades that we had installed by another company. We also qualify for a tax credit using honeycomb insulated blinds. Thank you everyone!

From the moment I stepped in their Hamilton store to the measuring and installation, the whole process could not have been better. Steve, Sophia and the installer were great. The quality and variety of products makes for a very pleasant experience delivered on time.

Outstanding communication and customer service - so good that this is the second time I have used them — 15 years apart. The sales lead came to my home at the appointed time, asked what I wanted to achieve, measured, and then we shopped. Made my install appointment and the installer was in and out, including clean up, in 45 minutes. I highly recommend the entire team and their products.

We have purchased blinds and sky light shades from Blind, Shade & Shutter at least three times over the past few years. Excellent and friendly service and installation. Stephen really knows his stuff and has helped us make good selections without breaking the budget.
