Classic Kitchen & Bath was great to work with during our kitchen remodel. Our goal was to bring the existing kitchen up-to-date. They helped us with our new quartz countertops and quartz backsplash. Throughout the entire process the designer communicated every detail, every measurement, every delivery date, and more. I never felt out of the loop with what to expect. I was grateful for Crystal's expertise and I could not be more pleased with the results!
Classic Kitchen & Bath, the perfect example of excellent customer service. I walked in and was greeted by Katie Atkinson, who listened to my needs and asked me questions and then stated that she was the office manager and that the designers were out of the office but she could show me a few kitchen products. She gave me tons of information about what services and products they offered. I returned home and explored the websites of some of the products I saw and I am excited to continue to work with this company. Kudos again for making even a simple walk-in client feel like she mattered!

Our experience was excellent. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, and prompt. We worked a lot with Katy Lopez who was an excellent resource and great to work with. She helped our dream kitchen remodel come to life. :) thanks to everyone at classic kitchen and bath!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Classic Kitchen and Bath to remodel our outdated kitchen. What a great experience it was working with Doug in the design and planning of our project! The quality of the cabinets and countertops is outstanding. Our kitchen is so efficient now and a pleasure to work in. Installation was so professionally done; all our needs were met and then some. If you are in need of a new kitchen, Classic Kitchen is the place to go!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DESIGN. I renovated a house and hired Classic Kitchen and Design to design and replace the kitchen. They did a great job and without question I got a tremendous return on the investment by listening to them and the kitchen renovation was so good it definitely sold the house in very short order. Will use them for all my Kitchen and Bath needs in the future.

Made a very nice impression, so we expected a Classic design experience, but designer quickly proved to have limited knowledge in design and provided no fresh ideas for our kitchen or bathroom renovations. She also failed to provide accurate project drawings and to pay sufficient attention to detail, which created the need for several last-minute solutions and re-do by our contractor. Adding insult, even the company owners lack vision and design experience and demonstrated very poor customer service when given the chance. Avoid this company other than to find ordinary solutions.

I worked with Tim down in Wilmington, NC to renovate my kitchen with new cabinets. They are beautiful. I had one slight delay due to a measurement but was solved. I am very picky and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use again.

Classic Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by a friend, and they were just what I was looking for! When I first began thinking about a kitchen remodel, I thought I was going to have to DIY with an IKEA kitchen or wait for the next big Lowes sale, but Classic's estimate was SO affordable and Leslie was beyond wonderful to work with through the design and planning process. Being able to visit the showroom and put my hands on samples made me feel so comfortable about making decisions; their offerings are all so beautiful. My kitchen had some odd spaces that I was afraid would be unusable, yet Leslie was able to come up with such smart and efficient ways to use up as much space as possible (who knew I needed a cabinet for sheet pans!). Even in the middle of a pandemic, delivery and installation were a breeze, and my installer did not leave until he knew everything was prefect and to my liking. We loved working with Classic and their team so much that we are currently using them again for a remodel project in WV! I cannot speak highly enough, 10/10!

We have used Cathy at CK&B twice and got superb outcomes in both remodeling adventures. The most recent was a master bath. We converted and useless corners garden tub into a large walk in shower with aging in place upgrades. The old shower became a nice closet. Design A+. Materials A+. Scheduling B. Like any complex project, scheduling is art and science. Our project took 5 months, working around injured subs, available crews, and deer season. We are still delighted and give CK&B and Cathy the designer, a strong recommendation.
