Excellent work! The crew was very professional and Billie guided us through the build to get everything we wanted. The price was very reasonable. Can't wait to use them again. We are delighted with our new patio and retaining walls. The built in firepit is beautiful as well. Surpassed all of our expectations!
Billy Roberts and his crew were fantastic. They did an absolute great job on my stoop and walk. I have had 3 or 4 neighbors stop by and asked who did the job. I gave the neighbors contact numbers for CAI Concrete and hope that they contacted them. I had a little issue with the sealing of the concrete, but when I called Billy, he immediately showed up and make the necessary corrections. I would gladly recommend this company, they were GREAT.

This is the second project we have used Billy and CAI Concrete for. After having them replace our driveway at our old house, we knew exactly who we were going to call to put in a simple stamped concrete patio at our new house.
Billy showed up to quote us on the patio. His visions and ideas for what we could do were more than we could have imagined, yet still in our budget. Billy built us the patio of our dreams.
Billy's crew is amazing. Their attention to detail and care they put into their work really shows. They work hard and make every detail perfect! Our patio was done timely and turned out incredible. He also redid our front walkway and porch. He even put in a smaller stamped patio for our grills. Everything they did turned out far better than we could have imagined.
We recommend CAI Concrete to anyone looking for concrete work. We are already trying to figure out what project we can have them do next!
Thank you Billy and the crew at CAI for doing such an amazing job. We are loving our new patio!

If you are looking for timely communication, professionalism, and expertise DO NOT use CAI Concrete.
1. Scheduled an estimate with the Owner/Billy.
2. Billy provided a written estimate with the square footage and cost for project.
3. I reached out with follow up questions and did not hear from Billy for 3 days. Should have caught the Red Flag at this point.
4. Attempted to schedule the work to be done...another 3 days with no response. Red Flag #2
5. Scheduled work and received a follow up text from Billy asking me how many Square Feet the project was. It is the same amount that you came out and gave me an estimate on!?!? Red Flag #3
5. Billy called and asked if he could come by and prepare/review the project to be done before starting. At this time Billy again asked about the square footage?? I asked him if he measured when he provided the estimate and he said; "No, it was just a guess. I did not measure." What type of reputable contractor provides an estimate without measuring??
I informed Billy I no longer wanted him to complete the work. At which time Billy became extremely unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. I had to ask him to leave my property because he was so confrontational.
Bottom line, the Red Flags told the story and I tried to give CAI Concrete and Billy the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT USE this company.

I had CAI Concrete help design and build a large patio, stairway with walls, and a walk around sidewalk at my home in the fall of 2020 and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Billy and his crew were great to work with and very professional. Billy is very affordable and upfront with his pricing and threw in quite a few extra small services at no charge. The project grew in scope for the better, but Billy was always upfront and stayed true to his word, even long after he received final payment.
He really treated and cared about the quality and outcome of the project as if it was his own.
I’m glad I choose CAI Concrete and I am getting ready to use them again on another project.

I was hoping to resolve the issue with the owner Billy rather than leaving a review, but he is no longer responding to our calls. I am going to have to pay an additional $2-3k and time with the county to resolve. If you value good communication, professionalism, and quality you should consider another contractor in the area.
1. Owner visited to give an estimate and discussed features such as 8” thick concrete, two levels, a landing for the stairs as if included in quote.
2. Owner was vague about start date and showed up at our door one morning to start work. I was caught off guard and let them begin, without a contract unfortunately.
3. The biggest issue are the stairs. The first section is too small to be a step and too large to step over safely. The pitch is steep and the tread is inconsistent. They are awkward and UNSAFE to use. A trip will land someone on the hard concrete.
4. Owner was extremely unprofessional and inconsistent in communication.
When we invited Billy to review the work and discuss options, he was very argumentative and expressed no interest in correcting the stairs. He even yelled over us to the point our neighbors came outside to check on us. He ultimately offered to refund $500 (not enough to cover repairs) but he did not follow through on the refund and will not respond to our calls.
The only reason I gave even two stars is the crew. They were courteous and worked their tails off.

CAI Concrete did a beautiful job on our patio! It looks amazing. Bill was very responsible - he always showed up on time and the work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had talked with other companies regarding a patio installation & chose CAI. My goodness Billy & his crew gave us a BEAUTIFUL stamped concrete patio & rock wall. Oh yes, & a flat-stream water fountain that flowed out from the wall...Beautiful!!! Enjoyment & comfort of our patio is a 5-Star. Plus, the cost was a 5-Star... other quotes for same patio were outrageous.
We highly recommend CAI CONCRETE!!

CAI Concrete does a great job! We had contracted them to do a retaining wall around our driveway. In middle of the project we added the porch, sidewalk, and foundation to the project. We were so pleased with their work we had them do a patio for us this past fall. Our neighbors (even people we don’t know) tell us the love all of the work that has been completed. The CAI staff was very professional and kept us informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company.
