I had a few solar companies come out to give me quotes. Green Brilliance gave the best option, and they were able to install on my 3-level townhome. I'm very HAPPY with them and Jonathan Ngo with his excellent service/communication throughout the process. he also went above and beyond my expectations. He assisted me after system activation with setting up all incentive programs available. I highly recommend Jonathan and GB to anyone interested in solar.

We've had our panels installed for approximately 2 months now and have enjoyed the power generated by them immensely. Our salesperson, Jonathan Ngo, has followed up with us every step of the way to make sure we are satisfied with our decision to go Solar and so far we've had no complaints. If we had another house to install Solar on we would work with GreenBrilliance again!

I had a great experience working with Jonathan Ngo and his team. They were very diligent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the installation/activation process was much faster than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend this company for your solar needs.

If I could give a negative star I would. So we bought from this company a few years back. Everything was fine until now. Our inverter failed and we have not produced any solar since mid-January 2024, It's April 2024 now. When we purchased we were told the system was being monitored. Green Brilliance claims Solar Edge does the monitoring and Green Brilliance claims that Solar Edge told them they tried to contact us 9 times. We do not have any records of them contacting us, they have two cell numbers and two email addresses on record. I spoke with tech support today and they refuse to come onsite to replace the inverter because they do not want to drop the old one off at UPS to send it back to Solar Edge. Green Brilliance stated that Solar Edge was going to perform the installation. Oh almost forgot the best part they gave me the phone numbers to contact Solar Edge, which by the way Solar Edge does not answer their phones, but they do have a message that states they are only a manufacturer and do not perform installations. So I don't know how a company that clearly states that they do not perform installations is going to install the replacement inverter. Update May 07,2024: With in 1 to 2 days of posting this review I was notified by Solar Edge, they had subcontracted the replacement of out inverter to a different company. With in 24 hours of that notification the new company had contacted me to schedule a time to replace the inverter and Green Brilliance had contacted me to confirm I had a scheduled time to have the inverter replaced. The company Solar Edge had contracted with was onsite within 48 hours and replaced the inverter within 45 minutes and our system was fully functional again. Green Brilliance did email us 48 hours after the inverter was installed to verify the system was functioning.

I just got my solar panels installed earlier in the month. Green Brilliance process from getting permits to installation was really smooth and fast. Jonathan Ngo was great the whole time. He was really detailed about what the processes and benefits of having solar panels for your house. I already started to refer my family and friends to Green Brilliance.

As of today, I am pleased with my system and installation. The process was a bit shaky in the beginning but Emma and Havar have been spectacular and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond! In the beginning I was having some concerns over the process and management of my installation but that all changed when Emma and Havar stepped in to get things back on track. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from them. The install team did a beautiful job and the project team accommodated my scheduling needs. I think overall the quality of the system appears to be top notch. Now I just need to see how the power production goes with the system. I will make another update once I realize my production and see if there is any follow up with the company representatives. I believe it’s not just a product that should be sold but also the service that stands behind it. More to come!
