I was really pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Your sales representative, Emily was outstanding! I could tell she truly cared about me & my project and was very helpful with the final outcome. She is truly one of the nicest sales representatives I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. She is a real asset to your organization.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the stamp I ordered. They were fast in replacing the stamp. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them.

I did not get any actual work done this trip in. I had to take my truck for some measurements for an upcoming wrap project. They were friendly and accommodating and I appreciate their help. I can't speak for the work but I can say they are knowledgeable and nice to work with from a scheduling and professional basis.

Do not use this company for auto wraps! Blue Ridge Sign & Stamp did a wrap on my vehicle a little less than 5 years ago. Wraps are supposed to last 5-8 years, so it is time to have it removed. I called and asked to have it removed and they said it would be $65 per hour/per person with a total estimate of $2000.00. They also warned me that they have seen their wraps remove the paint from the car when the wrap was removed (this was not mentioned when the wrap was installed). Three big issues I have are 1. the wrap should be in better shape for its age, so low quality product must have been used. 2. wraps are supposed to protect the paint, not remove it. 3. All of the other reputable companies in the area charge $300 - $500 to remove wraps they have installed, not as much or more than what they charged to install it.
I have now had two other wrap companies decline to remove the wrap installed by Blue Ridge Sign & Stamp, stating that the damage to the vehicle with be too much.

BRSS has done a number of signs in various formats for my company over the past several years, and I have been uniformly pleased. I have had directly applied vinyl truck lettering, corrugated yard signs, banner signs, and now magnetic vehicle signs, and all have been of excellent quality. Highly recommended.
