We could not be more happy with our bathroom remodel! Kitchen and Bath Shop were fantastic to work with from start to finish! The sales/design experience, demolition, construction, trash removal and final inspections all ran smoothly and exactly as planned. Our designer and project manager were so great to work with. They were knowledgeable and communicated our costs, design plans and progress through the project exactly as needed. We contracted with the Leesburg, VA Kitchen & Bath Shop on March 12, 2024 to gut and replace our outdated owner’s bathroom and are extremely happy with our decision and the project results. From our first day of shopping to the last day of work on April 29, K&BS staff were pleasant, professional, and thorough. Italo listened to our requirements and adjusted his design to give us exactly what we needed. The project managers, Cemil and Rusen, always let us know what was happening, ensured the right staff were onsite at the right time, and kept to schedule and budget. They also immediately addressed all our questions and even made some real-time enhancements to make our bathroom even more functional. Danny’s installation team was top notch- respectful, efficient, and highly skilled. The installers protected our home when working, cleaned up after each day of work, and even fixed a creaky floor in our bedroom that has been bothering us for years even though it was outside of the bath. All the work was performed by K&BS employees except for the shower glass and counter installations which were done by well-qualified and trusted partners. It was a pleasure having K&BS work on our home and we enthusiastically recommend them for any kitchen, bath, or other home remodeling project.

The experience from start to finish was positive. We went through a few design iterations before settling on something that I liked. Not something I am good at but they were patient with me. We scheduled the work to start when I came back from a trip, and they started on time. The work was careful, and well done. During the final walk through, it was discovered that the overhead vent was not pulling enough air. They came back on Saturday and corrected the issue. Everything else was neatly done and complete before the walk through. I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the cabinets.

They were very responsive and Italo walked us through our estimate and choices. He was patient, exceptional, and very knowledgeable. Upon signing the contract Cemil took over as project manager. He was so attentive to all our requests and needs. Also very knowledgeable he guided us step by step always addressing any concerns. The technicians were professional, on time and very skilled. At the end of every day they cleaned up. They completed both bathrooms in the time promised and did not leave until I was satisfied with both rooms. We are thrilled with this company and highly recommend their work.

It was a great experience. I live in a condo and the previous owner never did any remodeling. While I was looking to update my bathroom it was pretty confusing for me to find someone who can really help for each step of the process. The designer Italo came to my house and gave me incredible ideas and that made me follow his professionalism about the design. They invited me to their showroom in Leesburg. He was really helpful while we went through all the material options. It was pretty good as a price point. I had 2 other competitors and their price was in the middle of these two companies. The reason I have signed a contract with them is Italo's high design sill and detailed proposal. They started my project about a month after I signed the contract. Project took almost four full weeks which was earlier than their estimated time. They worked literally everyday, cleaned up day and did a fantastic job. Their project manager Cemil was a really responsible person. He was always there when we had questions. There was always an update about our project and did not have any communication issues. They really treat our condo well and we are really appreciative for all they have done for us. I can not forget the technician name is Danny who came up with a great solution for our curbless shower installation. I definitely recommend this company. I will contact them soon for my kitchen project. Their effort and professionalism were really impressive. Thank you Kitchen and bath shop team. You did a great job. We enjoy our bathroom and cannot say enough how beautiful work you have done of us.
