We had the pleasure of working with Amy Simone on our recent new build. She took the time needed, as well as, listened to our idea to create the perfect spaces for us. The tile has been laid and we are so HAPPY with the results. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with her. She is knowledgeable, professional and very patient (and she needed that with us at times). It was an enjoyable experience.
We tried to schedule an appointment with a designer that we spoke with previously. I left several messages and never received a returned call. I then schedule an appointment for today at 10:00. I wasn’t scheduled with my previous designer but someone else. I wasn’t given a name of the designer. When we arrived for our appointment there wasn’t anyone around. We waited for 20 + minutes after asking the cashier to page someone. Basically, after 38 minutes and speaking to a designer who said she was busy with a customer and not sure if we were her next clients we left. I decided there are many other places with better customer services that I can give my business to. If appointments are for 1 hr then they need to honor it and not keep the next client waiting. Or change it to 2 hrs so all can be served.

Recently we used their service and product for upgrades in our house . The service we received is 5 starts ! Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We received excellent recommendations on hardwood floor and other products . Highly recommended to all !

Previously I had some issues with a purchase from FD Leesburg, basically I wasted a day going there to buy something that showed instock but was used and non available around the area. I just want to give a special thanks to Chris at the pro desk. He reached out to me and offered several options to resolved the issue and I promptly picked a better alternative at his store at a great price so I can finish a job I’m working on. Thanks Chris and have a nice day.

Go to this specific location!! There were a great selection of tiles and plenty on clearance as well. Definitely recommend asking for Fahad! He was sooo helpful and very patient when we were buying really heavy tiles. He also loaded the tiles into our car and gave additional advice on installation. Each box was 60 pounds and we bought 10 boxes. Very hardworker ☺️

Can’t beat the selection and pricing. Stellar service and attention from everyone, but especially the in-home design specialist, Bethany. She went above and beyond (multiple in-home site visits, store meetings, communicating with our builder, etc.). A true expert, and wonderful customer service. Best money we’ve ever spent - like having an interior designer and install expert in one (but for 1/100th of the cost)!

Marissa from design department is the most helpful designer. She has gone above and beyond to choose tile design for our bathrooms. We started with one bathroom remodeling in November 2023 and are at our 3rd bathroom remodeling in 5 months. She is easy to work with and very professional. She helped us pick the right floor tiles, shower tiles, wall paint combinations for out bathrooms. She incorporated our inputs and came up with a 3D design view that helped us finalize our picks.

Had a good selection of tiles to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful and purchasing and returns were easy. Worked with one design assistant early on; however, we couldn't reach her again after our initial consult so we ended up designing things ourselves. This may have been because it was free but some follow up conversations would have been nice.

Had a great experience with the assistance I received at this store for a kitchen backsplash project. Being overwhelmed with the large selection of options, Arely gave wonderful suggestions and advice on tile selection and educated us on how to utilize a grout color to make our tile selection work the way we wanted. On another visit to the store and being overwhelmed with all the brands and types of grout, Oliver educated me and helped me select the right type of grout and schluter for the job. Eliana was also very helpful when I was checking out by answering all of my questions and concerns about returns. I left the store feeling very confident with my purchase and had no doubts over my selection of materials. Our tile installer had recommended this store and had reassured me they would know exactly what I needed and help me select the right ones. And they did.
