Excellent service. Patrick gave an honest assessment and provided findings. The install team worked hard through the heat on install day and stuck around to ensure the system was going to function without issue. Climatic sent out an additional tech to follow up and review the old wiring and make sure the AC and furnace systems function as expected. The teams are on time, unlike some others in the NVA area. I wish I would have found this company sooner.

I’m a single woman homeowner with a 15 year old heat pump that stop cooling amidst a May heat wave. I called Climatic because in the past they have proven honest and willing to repair my heat pump not just tell me I need a new one. Yes, I know it is getting to the end of its life, but I need a year or so to get the funds together. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the needed repair but he also did warn me that it was the best that could be done to keep it going hopefully for another year. That’s what I appreciate most about Climatic. They are honest, and truly want to do the best for their clients.

I had issues with my AC where I worked with this company to resolve. When I called to schedule the service, ladies on the phone were great. They spoke in kind manner which should be given a full credit. Nelson was a great technician/consultant/partner. I learned a lot about AC during his visit. I was worried about paying cost for diagnosis at first since a lot of places does not add much value by telling me much. But Nelson provided a great insight in his diagnosis that added a lot of value to it. I'm happy with his consultation. It helped me guide my decision and his repair resolved my issue. I recommend this company, they are good to work with and very reasonable. Most importantly, everyone was nice and spoke in kind manner which is rare.

From the initial inspection with Sonny, of my older HVAC system, to Tina sharing that there was a team that was familiar with my type of install---I waited until they were free--gladly the extra days. The team led by John was on time---and with all parts. They laid down floor coverings, explained what they were doing through the process. Shared that they found a wasp nest under the compressor---who knew? not me! and addressed it at no charge. They also recommended a better location for the new thermostat. I am thoroughly happy with the process, product and work!

Justin (service tech) explored all possibilities before my system was unfortunately declared dead. Patrick (sales) thoroughly addressed all my questions and options. Danie, Tyler and Ryan (installation crew) were hard-working, efficient, communicative throughout the entire process and did a great job cleaning up. It's a bonus that everyone was also patient and playful with my dog. Climatic came highly recommended by others, and now I see why. Climatic has been terrific. We have had a system replaced by them a few years ago. They were not the company that did the original installation and we called that company first. We just called Climatic for a second opinion based on a friends recommendation. Boy was he right. These guys were much better priced for that system and in the several visits we have had since, they have been professional and always worked with us to determine what might be the best solution to any issue we have had. Really have enjoyed working with them. Especially since costs for HVAC have skyrocketed in recent years.
