I used Infinite Electric for the first time in 2018 to replace our electrical panel, which was very old and outdated. I also added a new line to add another outlet in the living room. Gerry performed the install in one day and did a fantastic job. The county inspector commented on how well the work was done during his code inspection after the work had been completed. So when I needed some electrical work done in 2024 I called Infinite, and Gerry showed up again, I needed the panel checked to see if there were any issues due to some damage to the main power line coming into the house. He checked everything and all was well with the power coming into the home coming from the main power line. He was very knowledgeable on what the electric company is responsible for and what the home owner is responsible for. He also quoted another new line run from the main panel to the bedroom and a replacement light for the back porch. The price was less then expected and I knew it would be done professionally. Joseph arrived for the installation on time and did a great job, he was very professional, experienced and courteous. I was very pleased with the work, and the owner Allan called to ask if I was happy with the work performed after the job was completed. It is very difficult for me to try to find a local company that I have full confidence in and Infinite Electric passed with flying colors. The owner came out to estimate the job and was thorough, super knowledgeable and straight forward. He scheduled a technician for the next day. I had a great experience right from getting an estimate with Jerry for running new circuits from my basement panel to garage and on the day of the job with Rudy and Henry, who were very easy to work with and patiently answered my questions. I had an issue getting my EV charger to work post installation, when I reached out to Jerry and Alaine, they were prompt in responding and Jerry came back and helped verify things. It turned out to be possibly some issue with the charger 's connection with the 14-50 outlet. It is all good now. I'm so far very happy with the level of service and responsiveness and recommend them. I believe I have found an electrical company I can depend on for my home projects in future.

Although he had to cut our drywall (which was completely expected during this visit), he was able to install our plug swiftly while exceeding my expectations.
