Beyond thrilled!!! Seymore was amazing from the moment he arrived for the initial estimate. He was patient and kind with my million questions, he made sure we understood the entire process every step of the way. The gentlemen that installed the fence were professional and AMAZING. They have installing down to an art! We went from the eyesore of the neighborhood to the envy of the neighborhood!!!

May 2,2024 update: Today I received a thank you card from armor fence with a nice gift card inside. They apologized for the payment hassle, thank you very much Armor Fence Co , and I’m recalling my new fence! Five stars for the fence itself, you can see the pictures and my original original post below. everything else has been absolutely dreadful and time-consuming and annoying and straight up disorganized and unprofessional. Long story short I bought a house asked my realtor to recommend a fence guy and I went with armor. The invoicing logistics and other office support is completely nonexistent. No portal or invoice is emailed to you. Even though this is how I have paid my movers, and my surveyor and my home, inspector, etc. The only piece of paper that I’ve ever gotten from our was a carbon copy of an initial estimate that the project manager put together for me. That’s it. So I go on their website to pay my deposit, well their processor sucks. I paid a deposit of 2400, and it kept declining from their site, even though I confirmed with my bank that it wasn’t on our end. Then it proceeded to charge my card six more times in the amount of $2400. So that was another city. Eventually five of those charges came out. The work was completed and a few days later I went to make another payment. Well, once again, the portal wasn’t working and it charged me another $4800 as pending and then those charges dropped off. A couple days later when I was having trouble, I called the office and talked to Cheyenne and explained what was going on and she said that she would have someone for accounting contact me. They never did. Went by and I have the project manager calling me wondering where the payment is. Well then I tell him what he says can you call the HR lady and I was like no but she can call me. I don’t know why it would be on me to help them do their invoicing and figure out what’s going on with their credit card processing…. So then she sends me another link, she says oh it’s very strange. This is never happened, which I really highly doubt. So of course, then I try to make another payment and that doesn’t work. While I’m on the phone with her, I ask her for a warranty put in writing. She said oh Dean already talk to you about that. I’m not actually sure that conversation ever happened, but I asked her repeatedly for a warranty in writing and she completely disregarded and didn’t follow up with me. How professional! Then she says well why don’t you give me your credit card number over the phone and I was like well that’s not happening since you guys have already proven that you keep overcharging people peoples credit cards. Then Dean calls back, and then Dean says oh why don’t you give your credit card to me and I’ll have my assistant run it through and I’m like that’s definitely not happening. Then he says will mail a check, well. The thing is is that I moved the entire money from my savings onto my credit card to head off problems like these that might occur with contractors. That way I have some protection with my credit card company so no I am not mailing you a check, then I took more time out of my day even though I’m moving in three days, and I’m working all day to call Citibank who again said that it is their processing company at Armor Fence Co then Dean calls back a final time and says oh well you don’t have to put your security code in the portal. Except that the link that the HR person sent me ask for a security code or you can’t go any further. Guys, get it together! You need to get an invoicing system. You need to get a strong portal and you need to be following up with your clients. Let me know when your portal is fixed so that I can make this payment, I don’t have any more time to spend on this. ORIGINAL:I absolutely love my new fence! I had been searching for someone to install it and was recommended to armor fence and Dean from my realtor. Dean and his team did such an amazing job, the work was fast, clean, on time, and as promised!the price was also super competitive .

Love the new 4-rail paddock fence that Daryl Crowe and the Armor Fence team installed yesterday! Excellent work by the installation team that showed up on time and worked very efficiently to deliver a great result by the end of the day. The crew was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the construction site before they left in the evening. I highly recommend Armor Fence and will certainly utilize them again in the future!

Overall great experience with Armor fence. Received estimates from three fence companies including Armor and they were far the best one $$$$ out of all of them. Job was done quick and to our satisfaction. Fence looks great and our dog ? is very happy Wynn worked with me to make sure everything was good and the installation crew did an amazing job finishing in a few hours (those guys are amazing workers) NOTE: Checkout the 6x6 posts on the gates..(we did three) nice and strong ?
