I had a great experience with Andres. He contacted me the evening before to get more information about my call for plumbing service, he arrived promptly and was energetic and patient even though it was the end of a very hot day. He was incredibly efficient, informative, meticulous and kind. When it turned out that the toilet I had purchased was not going to work in that space, he saw how stressed I was as a single mom on work calls while he was there and he offered to go to the store for me that evening! He picked up a new toilet for me, brought it back and completed the installation along with two other plumbing jobs that I needed done. He was polite and respectful and upfront about what he was doing, the costs involved and what time he expected to be finished. 5 stars PLUS.
It was a really long wait to get someone out to us. But Chris Marshall was five stars all on his own. He was fantastic, worked very fast, clearly knowledgeable, and had great actionable recommendations for follow on service. Technicians like him make me want to stay a member. Great work Chris! I hope your company does what they need to keep good people like you.

FHFurr came to my home to install a dryer plug and did a horrible job. The electrician was barely a journeyman electrician. She took all day to pull a simple dryer circuit and had the nerve to charge me $2700. After an entire day I was left with a shoddy unsafe unusable end result. See photos

Randy and his F.H. Fur installation team arrived right on schedule, walked me through the steps they would be performing and discussed relocation options. They ensured all areas they had to access were protected with ground covering. When removing all the old equipment the old drainage line was identified as needing to be replaced. I bring this up to highlight the teams knowledge and proficiency.
When the new system was installed and final test ran, Randy took time to walk me through the additional steps afforded with the new smart thermostat.

Alieu Kamara and Ca’naan Phillips completed the duct and dryer vent cleaning. Greta job. Explained the process, ensured all areas were inspected and cleaned. Provided tips to help keel the ducts clean.

Carlos L. did a great job installing the mini split and leading the entire process in a seamless fashion, professional, and tidy. Both Carlos & Mark were great. While it was challenging on the scheduling side of things, I couldn’t be happier w the install and the team that did the work!

We are a repeat customer of FH Furr. The first job they replaced our HVAC unit. This time they replaced a bathroom and shower faucet and repaired the plumbing under our bathroom sink. Each time we experienced quality work and great experience.
Their prices are so reasonable. We got estimates from other companies. They were charging more for one job than all the jobs that FH Furr did, and those other companies had the nerves to offer only a 5% discount. I don’t think so. We will stick with FH Furr.

Chris was terrific!!! Very commutative. Made everything as minimally disruptive as possible. Kept all areas outside the immediate work area totally clean. Could not be more satisfied with entire project.

Randall did an amazing job! My power breaker box hadn’t been replaced since 1981, and instead of a box of jumbled wires we have an amazing new power system to our house. Safe and sound! The new breaker box looks so clean and very well organized. Long day, but well worth the price to get it done by the right people and company. Randall is definitely one of the best. Thanks!
As a side note, my image is before the labeling cover plate is put back on. This is to show the well organized work. We are very happy with the results.

The FH Furr team did a great job installing my new HVAC unit! Dominique and his partner were very thorough and everything is working perfect. Clean job and they didn't leave a mess at all. I'll stick with this company.
