This was a super job by Pink Shutters and Blinds! The whole team were professional and courteous from the owner Mr. Sia, Tracy, customer service and the installers, Jon and Seth. These are custom made shutters and very difficult to find. A great and beautiful replacement for your patio door old blinds or curtains.
I used Pink Blinds earlier this year for my blinds. I was able to pop into to his shop and see exactly what was being ordered and was given a realistic time period of arrival. It took a few weeks longer but upon asking about it he was quick to respond.
I love them! They fit my modern home so well and are so easy to use and keep out of the way of the kids.
Jon was super fast, friendly and efficient at installing! Thank you !

Sia and his team were professional and courteous throughout our project. We contracted with them for a pair of French doors for my husband's library. The installation team couldn't have been nicer and did expert work.
The new doors are so much more beautiful and quieter than the old ones. Very satisfied with the result. Hope to use Pink Blinds and Shutters again!

Initially, we were very happy with our experience with Sia and Pink Blinds and Shutters. In fact, we referred them to 2 of our friends (one of who also ordered from them...and ended up also having issues).
We were told by Sia that it would be a 6 week lead time from when we order until installation. We used that timeline and made all of our final decisions and placed the order on Jan 6, 2024 as construction on our new home was expected to be completed at the end of February. Ultimately, we didn't receive our blinds until March 20th (~11 weeks from when we ordered them). That left us without blinds for over a month...quite a challenge especially with a young toddler who couldn't sleep due to the bright room...and when a toddler doesn't sleep...the parents don't sleep.
We would regularly call/email Pink Blinds to get an update and we either didn't get a response and when we would talk on the phone we would get a rude attitude.
After doing research on our end, we found out that the factory didn't even receive the order until Feb 21st (over 6 weeks after we placed the order).
To top off the issues, once the blinds were installed, the brackets and cassettes were not black and therefore do not match our black window frames. During the sales process, we discussed that we had black window frames and that the blind cassettes/brackets were available in black...but somehow that info was not on our order sheet used by Pink Blinds (all other quotes we received from other companies outlined the cassette/bracket color).
We brought this cassette/bracket color issue up to Pink Blinds and they were not willing to resolve the issue (once again, acted rudely towards us). We even had a meeting scheduled to meet with Sia to discuss our issues and how to resolve them...and he cancelled the meeting on us 2 hours prior saying he had to "go out of town." Pretty cowardly that he wouldn't even face us to discuss how we could resolve the issues (we had a fairly reasonable request to replace a few of the cassettes/brackets where they really don't look good - see attached photos).
Hence a 1 star review...which is certainly a disappointing way for this purchase to end. If you end up working with this company, make sure your order form states your desired cassette/bracket color (it's not listed on their order form) and make sure you leave 10-12 weeks to receive your blinds. Lastly, if things go poorly, you can expect unprofessional and undesirably communication from the company.
Overall - we are satisfied with the quality of the blinds. The motorized ones are considerably louder than other options on the market (you can hear them one level up or down).

We couldn’t be happier with this whole process! From the measurements to delivery and installation went very smoothly and quickly. Professional team & great service! The shades look so beautiful and have such good quality as well! Highly recommend working with Pink Blinds & Shutters!
