We had Window and Door Showplace replace all 24 of our windows, and we are so pleased with the entire process. The Marvin windows are beautiful and work perfectly. It's so great that they tilt inward for easy cleaning. The installation was masterful. While it was chilly outside, the crew did one window at a time to minimize exposure to the outside air. And, there was very little touch-up painting to do when they were finished. It's a miracle that they can so cleanly cut each window out and install the new one with beautiful framing--and lots of extra insulation around each one. The job took three days and each night the crew cleaned everything up. Our new windows are air-tight and very nearly sound-proof. We live across the street from a fire station and we no longer can hear the sirens. And, our furnace clicks on much less often these days. All in all, we are extremely happy with Window and Door Showplace.

This is our third time using Window and Door Showplace. This time we replaced the front door, inside door to garage and replaced the back door and windows with swing out French doors and 9 foot "dummy doors". The outswing French doors have Phantom screens. I attached some before and after pictures. We worked with Mike on the design and as with the previous projects he was great to work with and had excellent ideas and suggestions. Oscar and his team did a fantastic job installing everything. Very clean and very efficient. There were a couple of minor issues with the door handle but they were promptly resolved and the tech that fixed it (Andrew) knew his stuff. We love the final outcome and the overall experience was great. With supply chain constraints and labor shortages, patience is required. Everything takes longer but it was so worth it.
