Fixed my major water main issue. Went above and beyond, to make this homeowner very happy. Had multiple breaks in main and Tim and company met all are expectations. Very amazed at level of work accomplished!!!!!!

Two days after moving into a house, we discovered the cement culvert was collapsing on one side of our driveway. I reached out to no less than 10 local companies and most never even responded. A few told me it’s not common for companies to do this kind of project. Tim responded quickly, he came out the same day to get measurements, and I had a quote the next day. They handle big projects, but they are happy to help small families, too. We heard back from two other companies and both of their quotes were the same or more, and their response rate and timeline were worse. The work by Complete Underground was great, and their customer service is even better. They ended up using a smaller piece for part of the project and instead of sticking to the quote, they passed along the savings to us. The new culvert looks awesome, and they went above and beyond to match the gravel on our driveway so the whole section looks better than new. If you want a job done well, but you also want to feel respected and valued, this is a great company to work with!
